Very bad quality and no ethical value

Very bad quality and items took almost 5 weeks to arrive. I also still have one item outstanding, now almost three months since my purchase. I have to say I am very disappointed and suggest, if leafy souls once to get ahead of the game, they start paying close attention to quality and ethical value and perhaps then they wouldn’t get such negative feedback. I’m afraid I will no longer purchase any item from them again.

Loved my 1st 2 items I ordered

I ordered a beautiful tapestry and a cute T-shirt from Leafy Souls. So happy with both products. I received both items very quickly and the quality for both is great. The tapestry was exactly what I was hoping it would be and looks so good hanging on my wall in my guest room:) The T-shirt fits true to size and is very soft. Thanks Leafy Souls I will definitely be purchasing more from you.

Why I didn't buy

I had a positive experience with Leafy Souls in every communication, except I did not order anything due to the high prices. Now that I understand that their merchandise comes from China I will NOT be ordering anything.
I continued receiving emails from a representative of the company asking me for reviews; I was initially promised a $20 gift card which I have never received. I probably won't use it because of their exorbitant prices on cheap Chinese crap. I'm very disappointed; I thought they were legit until I read previous reviews.

Keep reading.

I got an ocean floor projector. At first I thought it was kind of cheap due to packaging. Delivery wasn’t too bad. When i ordered it the remote didn’t work (it takes AAA batteries that doesn’t come with it which i didn’t know) after the batteries were in the remote still didn’t work. I emailed the site and they sent me a new one and it works perfectly. This is definitely a favorite purchase! :)

The products I received from Leafy are poor quality

The products I received from Leafy Souls were extremely poor. The quality was low. I ordered a pair of sandals that I literally threw in the garbage immediately. They smelled bad and were terrible quality. I also received a purse with a random logo on it that was not visible in the image when I purchased. I am still waiting one additional item, 4 weeks later. I read that returning an item to this company is near impossible so I didn’t even bother. I just figure it’s my fault for not doing my due diligence with research before purchasing from them. I love their mission statement and wanted to purchase quality vegan goods but unfortunately this is not the place to do it.

Honestly terrible

Honestly terrible. The dress I ordered is PAPER THIN and see through. It’s so cheaply made. I reached out to customer service and all they said is “we’ll give you a discount for the inconvenience.” I won’t ever be wearing this dress so I tried emailing them again and still waiting on a resolution. This is a scam and very frustrated that their items look nothing like online.

I purchased 2 handbags though Leafy…

I purchased 2 handbags though Leafy Souls. The quality was terrible. The larger bag straps split within a couple of months and after 6mths I’d use the strap broke off- this was a bag that cost over $100, the second one which is smaller is difficult to open and due to this I haven’t opened it yet. Next time u want a vegan handbag I’ll just go straight to the mall and get something that’s not leather. I just replaced the large bag with a $30 vegan bag that is just as useful from a mall.

Poor Quality and Made in China

I bought a dress and a pair of pants from LeafySouls. The dress was completely see through, that you could see the color of my skin. Not just a silhouette. The clothes are made in China, and the pants had a label that said "Fast Fashion" on it. Customer service was ok, although it took them two months to refund part of my order.

Poor quality falls apart

Shipping took 3 weeks then the stitching in my bag came apart very poor quality and I could get a refund/exchange because I was a week past 30 days. Customer service is also terrible

Rubbish!

Rubbish!! I ordered a belt and a jacket!! The cheapest of cheap!! Omg!! I thought this was an ethical company, the belt was from CHINA!! What a joke!!! Also no replies to any email!! No more orders from me!!

Scam

Scam, scam, scam! The product had NO resemblance whatsoever to what they advertised. They use people's consciousness to sell cheap products mass produced in China. The only thing that was different from an ordinary cheap, Chinese product was that it didn't smell petroleum!! Stay away!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Shoes were defective - the straps were way too big & the shoes wouldn't stay on. I emailed 3 times & got no response. I just wanted to exchange them for a pair I could wear. There is no phone number to call, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company & they refunded my money. The shoes are cheaply & poorly made (all plastic). I suspect mass produced somewhere in Asia. I hate that they prey on the "vegan" animal welfare issues because the company is fraud. I have the seen the shoes I bought on other websites that are *not* vegan or animal friendly. What does that tell you?

The incompetence is astounding.

I had an error in my ordering process and sent an email to get some assistance. After a few days I received an email saying "Cassie, we can be trusted. No fraud here." Basically.

Which was weird, as my name isn't Cassie, my legal name is even in the signature of my email, doesn't even share the same letters.

I replied, saying that my questions were not of the companies legitimacy but about an error in ordering, and my name is not Cassie.

I received another email re-reassuring me they were legit, and calling me Cassie, and being slammed with tons of discount codes telling me to order now, it was red flags everywhere.

So I googled them and found they appear to be scammers. So, thank you everyone. I'm glad I found this and their support staff was so incompetent it made me question them instead of helping me.

Lengthly issues for refund, but sorted and good customer service.

I purchased Sandals in January for $54. I felt like it was an ethical company, naturally sourced products. However the Size 8 sandals were 3 sizes too small for my wife.
I returned them to an address they gave me for Germany and it has taken until May to sort.
However Toleim has been great and dealt with me really well. Has offered a full credit note that I will use to get my wife something for her birthday.

I ordered 4 items and paid

I ordered 4 items and paid. Leafy souls contacted me right away and said one item was out of stock so they would refund me for that one item. This was 38 days ago and I still haven’t gotten the refund. I called my bank three times and they confirmed I still haven’t gotten the refund. I wrote over 12 emails and only got one response where they said they refunded me. But it’s not true since I checked with my bank three times. I did not get the refund. My last 11 emails.... no response. STAY AWAY from this company, do not order from them. I didn’t even return the item. It straight up wasn’t in stock (bad organization on them to begin with to sell something they didn’t have), and now I am begging them for a refund of a product I never even got. This is straight up stealing. My bank told me to do a chargeback and if this review doesn’t get then to check on my order. I will do a charge back!

I ordered a pair of sandales over 2 months ago, was given a fake tracking number that never worked, never received them, contacting them without any response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
