I read a post about vegan pregnancy and went into labor a bit more prepared as a vegan. I had no idea that hospitals wouldn't have vegan options for food. Thank goodness that I packed my bag full of healthy snacks beforehand.

I contacted Leafysouls to ask about the best way to get started as a beginner and within in 3 days had a well-thought out response to my comment and personalized recommendations. I'm definitely going back .

Hopeless is a word I would use. I ordered a purse for my girlfriend that she said she loved. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered except it was a purse and was the same size.

Poor quality bag. Minimal use and no heavy load. Inner lining fallen apart and outer shoulder straps have frayed and broken. No luck in getting a replacement as the 30 day guarantee expired. The bag is faulty. One wouldn't expect it to break in the first few months of use. Disappointed and unimpressed. I won't be ordering from Leafy Souls again!

AVOID at all costs. Absolutely NOT an eco company, not a reputable company at all. I bought a coat as a gift, it turned out to look nothing like the one shown on the website. They will not accept returns and promised a refund that has not arrived. Showed me an email (to me) as if it were proof if a refund! Crooks.

Ordered 3 items which I regret. Terrible terrible quality. Wouldn’t wear and definitely not worth the money. I haven’t even tried to return them as I believe it will be a waste of time and effort. I’ve already wasted my money. Never again!!!

I have bought 2 handbags with them, the Gypsy Crossbody purse and the Molly Vegan Womens Large shoulder bag. The Gypsy purse looks nice and is well made. However, the Molly bag (the more expensive one) is very poorly made and looks, feels and smells very very cheap. The description on the website says it's suitable for heavy goods, I have a feeling it will break if I just put my water bottle in it. I wouldn't buy from them again. Not worth the money, plus I highly doubt that that the bags are made from eco-friendly materials

Since I've become more conscious of my clothes and their environmental impact, I've researched and bought recycled, upcycled and sustainable fabrics with a vegan emphasis. I ordered a truly lovely looking red hemp linen top and a sustainable cotton sling bag from this company. The first top was lost in the post. The 2nd came 2 months after order and the bag followed a few weeks later.

The items were in plastic ziplock bags sent by India post. No real packaging and no receipts. I'm a large but this was an XL and it simply isn't even an M size. I can't fit my arm into it. The materials? My biggest disappointment: no hemp linen at all. In fact, it's 65% cotton and 35% polyester! The bag leaks colour over everything it touches so unless you want to wear black all the time, it's useless. The strap doesn't fit over your body either, just sits at the side of your bust.

The customer service though was spot on. Kind person, polite and helpful insofar as he's able. Unfortunately they won't give me a full refund but I've settled on 70% and keep the products. I'll give them to a tiny person instead.

Don't be fooled by this company. Their clothing, material, ethics are NOT sustainable. The top was made in China and bag in Malaysia and shipped from the US?! They are fraudulently showing themselves to be environmentally conscious but they aren't. Please don't buy from them.

I ordered a bag from Leafy Souls and was a bit worried as I have never bought from them before and read a few reviews before ordering. I have to say the bag is beautiful, well made and I just love it. It did take a couple of weeks to arrive but it is coming from overseas and we are so used to ordering online and getting it next day, it is worth remembering that you will have to wait a bit for delivery. I also liked the fact that packaging was minimal as so much of what we buy is wrapped up in so much packaging and plastic. Was so pleased with the bag have ordered another one as a gift.

Searching online for a socially responsible alternative in women’s bags, I came across Leafy Souls and initially purchased two canvas bags. They are beautifully designed, light-weight, and practical. I am giving one away as a gift and have ordered a third one.

In addition, as the name suggests, Leafy Souls uses non animal materials. The company also offsets its carbon footprint in shipping.

Impressive!

Disclaimer: I normally don't write bad reviews and I'm quick to provide a glowing review for great customer service, but after months of frustration, I'm compelled to provide my feedback on Leafy Souls so other customers don't go through the same issues as me.

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Leafy Souls. I ordered a handbag and purse for my wife for Christmas last year (she was super excited to find a vegan-friendly handbag and purse) but only the purse turned up (the quality of which was rather questionable - the package came straight from China, not the US, and I'm not sure who's looking after their quality control but it's pretty appalling). I contacted Leafy Souls and to their credit, they said they'd process a refund for the handbag and provide a 50% credit for the purse. They said they processed the refund but I never received the funds. I've been chasing now for many months and they no longer reply to my emails.

The whole experience has been really disappointing for both my wife and me. We ended up giving the purse to a local op-shop and I didn't end up getting a supposed vegan-friendly Christmas gift for my wife. On top of that, I'm down $USD76. So please be careful before ordering anything from this site.

This is NOT a vegan or eco conscious company. I ordered a top that was sold as 100% linen, it is in fact 35% polyester which I usually avoid for environmental reasons. The top is mishaped and bright pink rather than the dusky pink in the photos. It cannot be worn due to the seam around the bottom being very small and upper half big.

I also got some trousers in a medium. The size guide says 32" waist, 42" hips. Being unable to get them over my thighs I searched for a zip or fastening. Nothing. So I measured them. The waist is indeed 32" but there is no way to get this over your thigs because the waist does not stretch and there's no opening!

Finally, (god why did I order three things), I got a dress which was sold as 100% linen wrinkle resistant. It's a synthetic fabric, maybe polyester, not linen and it looks like it's been sat on by an elephant for the last month. The cut is wonky and can't be worn.

Terrible quality of all products, not made from the materials described, packaged in layers of plastic, not eco, look like they've been made in sweat shops (ie cut out from a large pile of fabric), and I'd take a guess that they are almost definitely not vegan.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I parted with my money. Not only will I not shop here again it has put me right off buying any clothes online.

I'm in France, I expect my order for 1 year and customer service leads me in the boat. Never again :(

Good quality produce. Very prompt and informative customer services. Delighted with both items.
