I had a fantastic experience with Leaders Sutton, and in particular Sian, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful.

As we weren’t able to attend in person initially, Sian kindly arranged a video viewing for us, which was extremely thorough and made a real difference. She took the time to answer all our questions and ensured we felt confident moving forward.

Her support and communication from the first viewing right through to the lead-up to move-in has been excellent. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed.

The flat suffered a massive leak which required a total new kitchen. This meant the flat was empty for 3 months with resultant loss of rental income. Sian kept in touch with progress so that she knew immediately the flat was back on the market. This was a life saver as it meant she kept an eye on prospective tenants and was able to secure tenants the very first day it went back on the market. A brilliant result for us.
