Seamless settlement and sale.

LEAD Conveyancing are amazing, Chintan & Trinh are very knowledgeable and great at thoroughly explaining things.
We mostly dealt with Tracy who was FANTASTIC. Great communication, always went above and beyond and really put us at ease. We wouldn’t hesitate to go with Tracy/LEAD again for any future sales/purchases and highly recommend this company.

Amazing Support

We want to say a big thank you to LEAD Conveyancing for making our first home buying experience so smooth.
A very special thanks to Tracy, honestly, she was amazing!
It was our first time buying a property, so we had a lot of questions and a bit of stress in the beginning. But Tracy was always calm, patient, and super helpful. Every time we called, she picked up and explained everything clearly and step-by-step. She really made the whole process easy and stress-free for us.

Worst conveyancers ever

So. I am pretty sure my last review was disappeared. Trinh Thai personally emailed me and asked me to remove my bad reviews on different platforms. She also asked the same of my husband but she was emailing the wrong address because that is just how bad these people are at their jobs.

Purchasing a home through LEAD Conveyancing was an extremely painful and horrific experience. They messed things up every step of the way and the communication was extremely bad from multiple paralegals from day one to settlement.

Do yourself a favour and never ever deal with LEAD Conveyancing.

Thanks Trinh and team. We got our $100 discount for missed communications awhile ago, before the purchase was finalised. Im not sure why my previous reviews were not public for awhile. I'm pretty sure I can only make one review per verified platform. Maybe this was the only one that wasn't made public for over a month?

If I did make multiple bad reviews on the same platform, I do apologise. But like I said in various email exchanges, no I won't remove an honest review just because someone eventually signed off on our home purchase. That did not "make things right". I still think it was a really bad service for more reasons than I have time to explain.

Best experience

Clear prompt communication, easily reachable team. I've bought and sold multiple properties. Our experience with our paralegal Menard Devine has been by far the best. Would not hesitate to use their service again.

Double Dose of Perfection

I recently sold my property and downsized purchasing a small more manageable home.
On both transactions Fiona and Lisa were ever so friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them.

I've now used lead for 4 transactions…

I've now used lead for 4 transactions due to their communication standards. I felt as though the company felt a little strained this time compared to the previous three times. Quotes where slow, contracts where slow. But once I got through to fel it was all smooth sailing. Fel is outstanding and worth double whatever they pay him. Fel did need a few days off for personal leave like any normal human, and the person they replaced him with was rubbish at taking and returning calls, he literally didn't take or return a single call when I had a contract change. However once I escalated this, Simon took on my need for assistance and was great. All in all the company has gone from being absolutely outstanding to just good enough. However fel and Simon where still outstanding my sale went through on time and those individuals deserve 5 stars

!!!DO NOT USE!!!

This is based on my personal experience with Lead as my conveyancer in a recent purchase. This company uses para legals that are not based in Australia making it extremely difficult to get answers fast. There is apparently local office support but when I requested face to face support it was met with challenges. Do yourself a favour and look up all the one star reviews from other customers that are congruent with my experience. This was the most complicated conveyancer I have personaaly ever used! I originally went with lead due to all the great google reviews but then once I engaged the service I started to realise something was wrong. The para legal handling my property purchase sounded like she was in a shopping centre everytime I called her and would only respond to emails after 8pm Australian eastern. She couldn't answer anything directly. I had to correct her on many points and costs etc. At one point we weren't even sure the property sale was going to go through. I had to call up the various parties myself and correct the issues. I would have much preffered to go and find a local conveyancer in my area that I can sit down with and talk face to face. ***Update*** They have just called me and offered me a $100 refund to remove my 1 star review. I responded by saying that this does not correct any of the issues I faced or protect future customers from the same frustrations and difficulties.
They are now flagging my review as Defamatory.

Always had a handle on the issues as they arise.

There needs to be more stars as Jesi deserves them.
Great communicator
Always knew where matters were up to be they be positive or otherwise.
Was a team effort to obtain the desired outcome.
A continuous positive outlook v my doom gloom anxieties (and I had many) and Jesi handled these sensitively.

STAY AWAY BE AWARE, RUDE REP TALKS OVER U

STAY AWAY BE AWARE, RUDE REP TALKS OVER U EVEN TRIES TO PUT WORDS IN YOUR MOUTH! Waited for an email, didn't recieve any. Young lady Riley stated she didn't know anything during the call, stated needed to talk to the lawyer for a SIMPLE TF!! Then stated before engagement I needed to give her an upfront fee of close to $500 THEN I can decide if I want to proceed with them!! So what other RVs say here is correct!! Keep as far away as it is a way to munipulate and extract as much cash by playing the "I don't know" game! Made statement of "this is your first house sale, you need legal advise" !! Despite stating No it is not my 1st TF & I know exactly what to expect as I already have advise and she was sent by the ex to harass me. Be aware and stay clear away. As the bill will grow before your eyes, esp if it's a simple TF & u know your rights.

Third time using LEAD and still seamless.

Third time using LEAD and once again it was a seamless experience and very cost effective. Dana Smith was my paralegal and I could not fault her work ethic and communications. I lived in a rural area and didn't have a printer so Dana made my life easy by using Adobe sign for these document. Thank you Dana and the LEAD team for making my purchase from a dream to reality. Very happy return customer.
