Daunting at first, but the process is really straightforward. They do the top up for your game remotely and it's really simple. Would recommend as they are cheaper than in game payments by far.

I use them often and never had an issue until

I use them often and never had an issue but the most recent time I made an order something that's out of their control went wrong and they told me they would refund me. That was on the 2nd of April its now the 20th and nothing I've contacted customer support twice the first time (on the 15th) they told me to wait 3 or 4 more days so I waited till the 20th and still no refund so I contacted them again and they told me I need to wait a few more days so they can get a refund voucher. Their customer support agent even tried to say that the refund might have already been made but 'I didn't pay attention to the payment' which is ridiculous why would I even contact customer support twice if it had been refunded. Anyway they offer a good service but be careful because if they have to offer a refund good luck trying to get the money back.

Update: I finally got my money back on May 8th (36 days later)

Refund clarity and missing money!

there was a refund that happened to my account, but when i went back to use the gold refunded to my account they said its returned to source (which i didnt ask for) and then the money was deducted without a transaction ID - do not trust this website to clear issues with you they keep saying ask your bank without a transaction ID
