i can't believe what i just experienced with LDshop. i just put my server wrongly and they just asking me to put my server correctly. i put Asia server when im playing SEA. they dont complete the transaction until you put in a correct details. 5 stars

Scum. Dont deliver(in ads says 3 min deliver, but even after hour not delivered). On asking refund money - THEY REFUND SUM ON THEY SITE BALANCE ON LD COINS! IT JUST SCUM!

When you make purchase, take note of your product price, then go to check out. Under your payment method, it'll list the correct amount. But then, under the view bill section, your product amount will be about 5% more expensive for unknown reason, then it applies the discount, and the correct handling fee amount, and you end up with a total amount that is incorrect. I've spent about $600 on the platform then trying to find out how much I saved and found this. Also, in your order history, it does not show this extra 5%, but it will be charged from your card in the incorrect total. I am going to use other services.

Terrible Site for recharge, barely gives a discount and you can't really use certain coupons again on the same account.

I ordered 2 packages. I got a message after round about 2 hours the order is fullfiled. It took longer as usual but I understand that some times are busy. I checked the order and found out I just got one package of the order and it was closed as fulfilled. I tried to use the customer support but there is just an automatic message like: Sorry we are busy. Thanks for understanding. This is since over a day the same. I don't know if anyone is reading this or not. But actually it doesn't feels like anyone care. So if you have problems with too less people or too many request, than mention it at least on your website. Then I know in front it will take longer and I can decide to wait or order somewhere else this time.
