LCCL have recently completed our ground floor kitchen extension. We selected them to complete the job from start to finish including the design aspects and the total build and decoration, with kitchen and flooring installation too. The company is local to us and we have been looking at their projects on Instagram prior to our own build starting, we could see that the builds looked great. We are very pleased we chose LCCL construction, our new extension looks so good, the design and build were both well managed, key points always communicated and we felt at all stages that we were in very competent hands with Alex, Amelia and the rest of the employees.

LCCL Construction did the loft design and submission to Barnet Council on our NW4 property.
The service from Alexander and his team was outstanding, from beginning to end.
Our initial application was rejected, but the designer came up with new drawings – at no extra cost – to ensure that we secured full planning permission.
I would have no hesitation recommending the company. If they were a restaurant, they'd have a Michelin-star!

Loft conversion built swiftly and beautifully finished with all the details on point. The whole experience with LCCL was seamlessly managed and now we have a fantastic new bedroom for our teenage son, he is so happy with his new bedroom and bathroom. The team on site were always polite, friendly and tidy too always making sure everything was cleared up.

LCCL are a wonderful company to work with, whether it be with the design team through to the contractors themselves. Throughout my extension construction they showed great attention to detail and executed every aspect of the project with quality. I would gladly recommend LCCL for anyone considering using them for an extension or loft conversion.

We came to LCCL for a full house renovation and modernisation. We were completely changing the layout and adding full heating / plumbing and electrical throughout, as well as expanding the space. From the start LCCL were there to guide the designs and advice on what we wanted and what would be most efficient and cost effective.

We have ended up with a beautiful home that is equally spacious as it is functional. It's completely outdone our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

We decided to save some of the finishing touches to our project for a later stage, and I will be coming back to LCCL to complete the work.

We had LCCL do the design stages and build of our kitchen extension. The design was efficient even though we made some minor changes. The build ran like clockwork everyday the guys were here all day working hard until the project was completed. The build standard was excellent we're very happy with the work it was all certified by building control too.

Lccl Construction design and build my loft conversion witch was very low headroom and many other builders didn't give any chance.
Lccl Construction builded at the highest standard with enough headroom and at the standard to pass the building control.

Lccl construction designed and built our loft conversion, having one company do both the design and build made the whole process really easy and meant we were dealing with one point of contact the whole way through.

I've had Lccl construction recommended by my friend that they have used in past. After our consultation with Lccl we instructed them for arcitecture design and construction services of our new kitchen extension. Very quickly they have had their architects for site measured survey and have provided us with couple examples of what was possible, after initial design phases was completed construction has started by Lccl Construction too. I was very impressed with the speed, attention to detail and pride they take in the work. I would really praise their work ethics and experience in construction. Alexander who was our appointed builder/manager just had so much knowledge, experience with building control and skill overcoming any problems arising like with underground foundations, structural alterations or even with kitchen supply and installations. Our kitchen extension is now completed and downstairs renovated. We will be continuing our loft conversion project with Lccl construction next year. I would highly recommend.

Loft conversion with all aspects of planning drawings etc included. This wasn’t my first loft conversion so I was more prepared on what to expect 2nd time around having added a loft room at my last house which was outside of London. Being new to the area the biggest challenge for me was finding a good, reliable contractor who was easy to work with. Fortunately I actually came across LCCL via their insta page, which showed loads of live projects including one that was on the next road to mine. Having seen the work ethic and great standards of the guys there I went ahead and contacted them about my project. I opted to do the design and build all with LCCL in house as I liked the idea that everything could be managed cohesively. Of course I did get 3 other quotes from local reputable builders just to check the price was in the same ballpark. The design and planning stages were relatively painless. Building the loft was uncomplicated as the LCCL crew are very experienced. Communication was timely and easy I was kept in the know and was able to talk to Alexander in person regularly. The finished standards are high definitely exceeded my vision that I had for my loft bedroom and bathroom. Alexander also organised the built in wardrobes for me which I’m super happy with they finish the room off so nicely and add so much storage.

I am so glad we contracted Lccl Construction for architectural design and construction of our home. After much research we found Lccl and decided to use them. They was professional and very experienced with excellent communication at all times. We have had Alexander as our main builder who is very experienced in architecture, planning, structural alterations and construction his background is in construction and surveyor. The construction of our rear kitchen extension and loft conversion worked like clock and any issues that arise from work was resolved immediately with speed. In a way we had sense Alexander is very particular of how he likes to build and deliver the result which gave us a lot of trust and assured us that Lccl Construction was the right company for our home which was proven time and time again during the construction. We contacted LCCL to design and build a kitchen extension for us this year. We are very happy with the result of our build. The team were on hand to guide us through the whole time from design to planning and then the actual build. The build team were on site everyday and kept us up to date with everything going on. They were also very easy to contact on WhatsApp when we had any quick questions during the build which was so handy. We have gained an extra five meters of living space in our kitchen extension. Alexander and his team have refurbished the entire ground floor of our family home and added a bathroom to our first floor. They did the structural works, including opening up some walls and supporting the house with new steel beams. They also did the plumbing and electricity as well as plastering the walls and levelling the floor. We are now wrapping up the project and pleased with the end result, it’s been such a big job and not a straightforward one!

We brought in LCCL for our hip to gable loft conversion and they did a brilliant job from the very start of the process (architect, structural,etc) to the finish. Alexander was always on hand and available through out the process which was great and really kept us at ease throughout. All his team were really friendly and the job was completed in the time frame we discussed which was great. If we do anymore construction work in the future we will 100% reach out to Alexander
