Not a great experience. The work was messy and poorly finished and didn’t match the professional image on the website at all. In reality it felt more like dealing with a one man builder rather than the large contractor they present themselves as. That also made me doubt some of the experience claims, although I know websites can say anything. I wouldn’t use them again and would never recommend them.

Elton and his team are extremely professional and reliable. They followed the project from A to Z and offer full support all the way through. Great attention to detail as well. Highly recommended

Hired for a bathroom. Tiling needed to be redone by another company. They didn’t use the correct tool to cut the tiles and all the edges were rough and chipped. Shower leaked within weeks. They didn’t bother to cover the brand new sink whilst they did some of the work so it was left very badly scratched and chipped. They don’t seem to know what they are doing. And now I’ve found out the director’s previous company, Pro Refurbish Ltd, was investigated and expelled from the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). I made a big big mistake hiring this company.

Everything is an argument. They cut corners, use cheap materials, workmanship is extremely poor. The team seem clueless and spend their days on their phones. Awful experience and result was very very poor.

We hired London’s Prestige Ltd to build a side return extension. About three months into the job, a crack of around 3cm appeared running through the whole structure. After this happened, the director, Elton Shehu, left the site and stopped responding to us. We tried calling and emailing many times but received no reply.
We hired an independent structural engineer who confirmed that the work had been done incorrectly and that it will need major repairs. Putting this right will cost us a lot of money and has been extremely stressful. The quality of the work was far below what we were promised, and the lack of communication when serious problems appeared was very disappointing. Afterwards, we discovered that a previous company linked to Elton Shehu, Pro Refurbish Ltd, is listed by the Federation of Master Builders as having been expelled. We did not know this at the time and it would have affected our decision to hire him. I strongly recommend everyone avoid this company.

I had my house renovated by London’s Prestige Ltd, and honestly I’m very happy with the result. From the beginning, the team was polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They listened to what I wanted and took the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated.

The quality of the work was very good. Everything was done carefully, with attention to detail, and the house was left clean and tidy at the end. Any small questions or changes were handled calmly and professionally.

Overall, it was a smooth experience and the finish looks great. I would happily recommend London’s Prestige Ltd to anyone looking for reliable and professional renovation work.

The damage they caused is beyond belief. Things half painted, tiles not secured on the walls, toilet leaking. Paint drips and splashes all over the tiles, shower screen and toilet which are impossible to remove. Tony is the worst builder I have ever experienced in 40 years of owning multiple properties in London. I will never hire him again and I will never recommend him.

They did some plastering for me and it was so so bad. Not worth the argument because the guy just argues and justifies his bad work. Kicked him off site immediately. Based on the work I’ve seen - a complete cowboy.
