Refuses to Disclose Info about their Food

this company owns Kodiak Cakes, which makes frozen waffles. They refuse to disclose whether the waffles are deep-fried. This is a violation of FDA law; we have a right to know not only ingredients in our food but the method of preparation. Unless L-Catterton responds to me properly, I shall file a complaint and take other measures to spread the word that their product is deep-fried and, therefore, as unhealthy as a McDonalds french fry!
