Best experience I’ve had buying a watch…
Best experience I’ve had buying a watch in London and I’ve dealt with ADs, watchfinder and other Hatton Garden & Mayfair dealers. Luke and the team are good people. They genuinely care about their customers and it’s clear that they are trying to build lasting relationships instead of easy wins for the day. I spent about an hour and a half at the store as conversation was lovely and you can tell that these guys are genuine watch lovers. Big fan of what they do and I can’t recommend them enough. Even worth a visit for a chat, as I said good people.

Watch purchase
Made contact with LBJ, out of hours, got back to me straight away, making an appointment convenient for me. I was purchasing a watch for my wife, as was unsure on which size to get, the staff showed me the same Watch in different sizes, no sales pressure, and really helped me make a decision. The two lads I dealt with were extremely friendly, we chatted about different watches, he even let me try on a Daytona (my grail watch)
Absolute pleasure to do business with and hopefully will be back next year for that Daytona!!

Bought a watch from Harrison and LBJ last week and it was a fantastic experience. Very nice office, akin to that of an AD which was nice. I think it’s important to get that feeling when buying an expensive timepiece. Harrison wasn’t pushy at all and offered a very fair price on my part ex. Walked away a very happy customer and will certainly be back!

Made contact with Luke via the website on Monday to enquire about a Rolex Datejust 36 MOP for my wife...followed up with a video presentation that same morning and concluded the purchase.....included Luke buying in my wife's 23 year old Rolex for a very fair price. We called at the showroom today (2/10) to collect the new watch.
