Denied valid claim
I bought an Audi Extended Warranty that is sold and administered by Lawshield UK Limited.
When I tried to make a claim for components that are explicitly covered by the policy, it was denied because the Claims Team said " We are unable to approve your request due to the total cost of repair being under the policy excess."
However the costs they used bear no relation to those that the dealer would charge me as a "retail" customer meaning that I would be liable for costs well above the value of the excess.
