Back order item

Somehow, the company ended up on my email and kept sending me different items. I finally bought a gift for my wife for her birthday after I purchased it. I waited for the date to show was shipped like 10 days later it has not shipped. I contacted them and they said it was backordered i lamb based them for not letting me know that before I ordered it well they did get the order in and Expedia delivery so I could get it as I needed. I’m very happy with them. They went above and beyond to make me happy thank you.

Awful

Awful. Zero communication. I ordered and paid back on 9/24. It is now 10/17 and I have not heard anything from them regarding the items being out of stock, delayed or not available.
I have also emailed support 3x and not had the courtesy of a reply. Assuming this ever shows up, it will be my first and last order.
