Expensive trash!
If I could give them no starts I would.
Terrible experience.
They don’t tell you the items will take 4-6 weeks and come from China.
The items were flimsy, tiny and so cheaply made. I can’t believe I wasted so much money on trash.
I literally threw it all away! Their customer service is ridiculous. Slow to respond and not helpful at all! I used their size charts and nothing fit.
Size large panties came and were a mere 11 inches across. Their size chart states they will fit hips 41 inches. What a joke! One set ordered was a wedding lingerie gift and I was too embarrassed to give it to her due to the cheap material that I went to Victorias Secret instead.
Expensive trash is what this store sells!

Same thing happened to me as the reviewer below. The items come from China, they have to thru customs so It takes about a month before you get It. They don’t tell you this prior to ordering so It is frustrating. Overall communication even with the chat service is really slow since you get a reply 24 hrs later if it pertains to an already placed order. If you want to buy something and are a new customer they are so quick to talk to you to get your money. Lingerie is super thin, straps are pretty cheap but the lingerie is expensive. I’d say Victoria’s Secret lingerie quality and hardware is much better. I do like lavahs designs though and their lingerie does fit and is true to size.

Terrible experience - ordered 3 pieces. After countless emails, lots of frustration and no one within Lavah to take responsibility, they cancelled my order 4 weeks later despite numerous promises that it had already been shipped. They just couldn’t provide documentation - but they kept on promising.
The pieces was for a gift and it was needed by tomorrow. Terrible experience!
