This is not, as they make you believe, a Swiss store located in Zürich. It is Chinese and the apparel comes from China. That is why you cannot return anything. Also they claim a sweater is cashmere, when in fact it is synthetic and worth about 20% of what you actually pay for it.

They sent me the wrong size and after asking for proof (order and pictures), they claimed they needed time to investigate. After a month, I asked again, and they had the BALLS to pretend "oh, the return period of 30 days is over, so you can not send it back" ! WTF !
They proposed a 20% refund, which I refused, and sent tons of mails (some in german, some in swedish), clearly generate by a (very stupid) AI....

I returned 2 winter coats valued 225 SFr, which were both way too small costing me 83 Sfr for postage to China!!. I followed all their return policy instructions and after 8 weeks did not receive acknowledgement of receiving the package or a refund. I have sent 3 emails requesting a full refund only receiving template responses. This company should be banned from doing any business in Switzerland.

This is 100% a scam company. I lost money buying an overpriced jacket that turned out to be a pile of plastic. Then I had to send it back to China with shipping costs of over 40 francs. Now I’ve lost nearly 200 francs in total. They are truly despicable.

A scam ! This is not a swiss shop! Just a cheap Chinese one. Avoid it!!!!

I wish I had seen this website before placing an order weeks ago and paid immediately with twint. I have never received the articles and believe this website to be a fraud.

It is a scam :
- despite the website being called Zurich and in German, the seller seems to be in China.
- I was charged on the day of my order. 16 days later I have received nothing but vague promises my parcel was shipped.

Don’t let the company name fool you, they are not based in Zürich but in China! Unfortunately I realised that too late, after I sent them an inquiry about the delivery time and got a late and weird reply, either from AI or from someone who doesn’t speak German. It’s definitely a scam! I can already picture the quality of the cashmere pullover that I ordered.

This is a Chinese company, which provides clothing in very poor quality and doesn't care of the right size.

Absolutely terrible! Silly me thought I was buying from a reputable Swiss company. With high quality garments. I'm horrified with what I received.Instead I have learnt the hard way its just rubbish from China, inflated price false descriptions. Don't waste your rime or money. And to receive a refund you are expected to send it back to China!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The name suggests it is a Swiss company; it isn’t, it’s Chinese. Goods are of appallingly low quality and returns cost about 30chf. They offer instead 10% and you keep the product. I did this as I was not confident I would be reimbursed, if I did spend the money to return the product.
Beware, they trade in many countries using the same ploy: a name which sounds as if it is a company in your country but ends .com.

Complete rip off - based in China not Zürich. Very very poor quality products - not at all like the photo - and difficult to return. Should be illegal

Order a canvas shirt from Berger Zürich. Was not at all what was advertised. Very poor quality and took over 2 weeks to deliver. Don't waste your time or money with them.

This shop should be closed by authorities as they are just selling super cheap low quality staff from China for very high prices. Return process is very complicated and at own cost ! This is not acceptable that this shop still functions !

I bought an item of clothing from here for a wedding. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and I didn't end up wearing it for the wedding in the end as it took so long to come. I assumed it would be posted from Zurich due to the website name but it turns out it came from China which explains the long delivery time. When it did it was a huge disappointment. The material was thin and felt very cheap, the fit was awful and the clothing had no shape to it. The colour also didn't look like the website image. Such a shame. I enquired about a return as there was no obvious way to return the item and was told I had two options: to pay for shipping to return the item to China which would cost a large sum of money anyway, or to receive a 10% refund on the dress and keep it. I will never wear the dress as it doesn't fit and looks awful and I don't think anyone would buy it off me secondhand. I wish I had done some more research on the brand and checked the returns policy before ordering. The dress + delivery cost over 70CHF so it wasn't an insignificant amount to go to waste.

The only positive I have is that the customer service response was quick.

Misleading re-sale from cheap Chinese brands. Very disappointed.
