I ordered a lovely necklace from Lauryn Rose and had it engraved at no extra cost. I got a very pleasant email to tell me when it would arrive and true to their word the postman delivered it that day a 4 euro ten cent stamp was on the box but I wasn't charged for postage. Beautifully gift-wrapped with rose petals in the box, the effort put into presenting the jewellery is amazing. Thanks so much

They answered my question with their chat now option, shipped my items the next day and they were at my door in Canada in less than a week - during the Christmas rush. Not only were the items beautiful but so was the packaging. Knowing they also support a great cause makes them definitely one of the best shops and by far the best online shopping experience I have ever had.

Great customer service! My first order was incorrect and Phillip had it sorted for me in 2 days, no hassle! My second order didnt arrive in time and Phillip went out of his way to get it to me by Christmas-which he did!!! Amazing service.
