Voltaire diamonds are an amazing company to deal with. Their attention to detail and proactive response is second to none. Having shopped around in other retailers I can say wholeheartedly that our experience in Voltaire topped everything else. Dealt with Emma for an engagement ring and I could not recommend Voltaire enough! Such a friendly company to deal with and Emma was so engaging whenever needed and really helped me to understand the process and arrange for a ring that I felt was 'the one' for my partner. Our experience was personal and so informative. We dealt with Rachael who was absolutely brilliant. She listened to my likes/dislikes, pulled a selection of rings that were exactly what I was looking for and then presented us with the perfect diamond and set it into a bespoke setting for us all within our budget. She had the answers to every question we had and we can't rate her highly enough.
