Missing Order and No response
I placed an order on April 14th and was charged on my card at that time. The order tracking says it was shipped and on April 18th the tracking said it was Out for Delivery (with UNI ?) yet has still not been delivered as of today April 30th. I have called several different phone numbers and was told that they do not handle missing orders on the phone. I was told to email my issue which I did and have not heard anything back. I have also tried the chat two days in a row and both days multiple times I get Click New Conversation then after typing and sending I get Sorry we are experiencing a problem -- Refresh!!!! Over and over and over...very frustrating! My order number is LGS15650622 Help! R Falcone

Matte finish. Not for dry or mature skin.
Like the packaging and also the idea of three products plus a brush to do pretty much everything but the baked foundation is drying on my skin and shows up the lines as it’s very matte. Enormous hype and now being bombarded by marketing emails but won’t be buying again. I’ll persevere and use it with a heavy moisturiser to counteract the drying effect. Glad I bought the stuff on sale and not full price, although I now think that’s a sales con.

This is the worst makeup I’ve ever used. It makes my mature skin look older, it sinks into and highlights lines making them look deeper and way worse
Don’t believe the hype. As for the marketing, it’s relentless offering bigger discounts even before your order has arrived. They cheapen it before you have a chance to see how bad it is.

Consistently fantastic!
The products are outstanding and I am so glad I made the leap a couple of years ago & started using LG, my make up has never looked better and I have received many, many compliments on my glowing complexion.
It is a little pricey, especially when you wear it every day like I do, and over the course of the day I do find it needs a little sweep over to refresh, but I wear glasses at work and am forever pushing them up so I'm not surprised this rubs off a little around the nose.
For a thicker foundation I like to use the double take powder as my base and then use the illuminate/glow powder on top of that. I find that gives me the level of coverage that I want & when a sweep of bronzer is added it just looks lovely.
The only thing I would say that is negative is the amount of emails is ridiculous. The sales promotions are not consistent, they offer a certain % off orders and then when you go on the website to order the discount amount does not total what is expected and the original prices of the products seem to change a lot. I can't quite get my head around why this happens and when I raised it with LG was advised their campaigns are done by an external company so they couldn't help.
Any small issues I've had with orders have been dealt with very quickly by customer services who are always quick to reply, helpful and efficient.
I have recommended LG to several of my friends now that we are all in our 40's and have even gotten my lovely 81 year old Mom wearing it and looking even more beautiful than she normally is.
