There was an issue with receiving an activation code from a recent purchase. The issue was resolved within 12 hours of sending an email. Great customer service!

I recently bought an Office 2021 package. By my mistake, I bought a PC version instead of Mac version.

Upon writing, the Launchingdeals responded promptly and offered to refund me - no pre-conditions.

I was very happy with this approach - and will sure buy again through their program as I know I’m dealing with thoroughly customer-centric and professional organization.

I purchased my movie ticket coupons 12/2024 and misplaced two of them. Almost a year later and customer service had the coupons issued and codes given to me within 24 hours of my request.

I had an amazing experience corresponding with the customer service department for Launchingdeals.com. I had an issue with redeeming a deal on their website so I emailed them to get assistance & they had the fastest and most friendly response time of any website or company I’ve ever contacted. They did their best to help me try and resolve the issue and once they determined it didn’t work they refunded my money with no issues. I really appreciate that level of customer service and not having to go through a hassle to get my money back.

My employer works through Launching Deals for discounts and I ordered Win11 Pro for a PC build. Not only was the price amazing, but the service was awesome. I bought this months ago, and ran into an issue with the PC and needed the product key again. When I emailed the company after hours for the code, I got an answer back within 5 minutes! Now, that is service. PC is back up and running and I didn't have to wait days for support. Definitely would use them again for deals!

The customer service is spectacular, although you have to create a new email for a response they get back with you very quickly. They gave me a brand new product key after mine didn’t work while also giving me the steps to use the same one.

I waited a long time between ordering and downloading/installing the product. I had a little glitch and emailed the company. They were prompt with an answer and super courteous. Couldn't be happier with product and service!

Reached out to their customer service as I hadn't received a software license key for my purchase of Microsoft Office 2021. Despite my purchase being 9 months prior, they responded within 10 mins with the product key and I was able to get it downloaded and running. They were fantastic to work with!!

Purchased Windows 11 Pro. They helped me with getting the code activated. Worked flawlessly.

Support team was responsive, helpful and friendly. My issue was resolved to complete satisfaction. Very nice working with people that care about customer satisfaction.

This was such a great deal. I had to sign up for the $15 Sam’s club membership. Everything was going great until the final step, and it said I couldn’t use this as some of my information was the same as another membership (mom’s). So I sent an email to customer service and they responded right away. They asked for a screenshot so I went through the steps again and it accepted it! Customer service was quick to respond and so willing to help! Thanks for a great experience!

When I tried to activate my MS Office product purchase I got an error that the code was no longer valid. I sent a note to the support team and they were very quick to respond ( on a Saturday ). They provided a new code a clear instructions on how to proceed. Awesome service! Highly recommend Launching Deals!

Great Service! We purchased a laptop and Microsoft package. The laptop is great - arrived quickly and we are not disappointed (Lenovo ThinkPad). When submitting our Microsoft Office order (great deal), I made a mistake typing our email address. I wrote for assistance on Sunday and to my surprise, the matter was resolved immediately. No hoops, no back and forth - they just fixed my type-o and I was up and running without delay. Very Impressed!

This is a wonderful company; I love them to death. I was not very experienced, and they helped me all the way through. They helped me step by step.
