Purchased a steel security door which was a very impressive product. Lee the delivery driver was very courteous and efficient by updating me on arrival time and helpful by carrying a very heavy door to where I needed it dropped in house. Would highly recommend Latham's steel security doors etc.

Ordered a budget steel door for a garden room and really pleased with the quality and ease of fitting.

I had a few questions around sizing as I needed the height reducing so called them and Miya was really helpful.

The door arrived earlier than expected and Lee the delivery driver was super helpful and as we have no access to the back of our house, helped us take the door through the house rather than just dropping it on the front.

Fitting was easier than expected, the quality is superb and it looks great

We bought two excellent garage doors from Latham's 18 months ago, telling them we'd be back later to buy a matching front door. Without warning they've cut most of the colour choices they used to offer,including our previous, and won't offer custom colours even for addtional payment. If it was wood, you could just paint them, but with steel this would look rubbish. Has turned me from being a huge advocate for their products (which are great tbf) into feeling a bit let down.

Excellent quality door but thoroughly disappointed by the fact you are forced to order a fitting kit just to get the lugs to screw into the door frame these should be supplied as standard as the frame is virtually impossible to fit without them.

Really helpful service from Lathams both when we brought the original door and from Georgia recently with spares enquiries for a new lock etc. The door is very solid and well built and turned up very quickly after we ordered it. Great communication and really nice to deal with a company that are so happy to help. Thoroughly reccomend.

Delivery was brought forward by two days. And timing was earlier than forecasted at 6.45am -a bit of a shock to system (!) but driver very amiable and helpful so all good.

Georgia was super helpful when I had a mistake in my order and went out of her way to rectify the issue.
