Overpriced website, my mum just booked a ticket nearly 5x more expensive then it is directly. Customer service refused refund over 10 days from first flight and less the. 7 days from original purchase. Questions about price match haven’t been answered also requests for manager were ignored. Very bad bad experience. Please be careful I don’t recommend their services to anybody.
Boarding cards were sent to me in a firmat which was not useable. My booking was done as group 2 passanger which was not explained and I did not see option to choose that group. It wax important because as group 2 i could not take a hand languages on board unless i oaid £78 or £47 to check it in. I felt like airline was dishonest and did not provide all information in a clear way. I will not use this comoany again.
