Light came with bulb that was the wrong color. Asked for more replacements incase it happened again in the future and they never sent them or got back to me

I think that I should have been offered 50% instead of 15%. The color of the fixture was off tremendously.

Only received 1 of the lights ordered. The company resent the missing light 3 weeks later without informing me. The 1 light I did receive had a scratch on front and appeared they didn't want me to return it b/c offered 20% off which I did not want. Then mentioned resending another one will in the meantime I had already ordered new lights elsewhere b/c had contractors working at the house and needed finished. Can't wait 3 months to receive product.

The description of products on the website is misleading or just poorly translated from another language. You don't know what you are going to get. Bought one item and receieved another. Too much work to return, I am going to try to have it fixed myself. Also, took longer to receive than expected.

No exchange policy. Had to accept refund of 20% because I couldn’t exchange the product for a different color

Lights were cheap looking. Look nothing like the photo. Shipping took forever. I had the lights up for 1 week and replaced them already. Was going to try to sell but I doubt anyone would want to buy them.

I received my light thank you soooo much it took long but it was worth it I love it 🥰 thanks again

Stay away from this company. Picture look nice but lights look nothing like in the photos. Very cheaply made. Delivery takes weeks and customer service is very bad. No phone number, just email. I would not recommend.

I never received the item. I filed a case file with Fedex and they said the seller had to fill a claim. I sent emails to Lassola and they never resppnded nor addressed not getting the fixture. Now I have had to escalate the isssue with Paypal resolution team. I spend $650 and have nothing to show for it. Be warned. The company is a scam.

My lamp was so much better than expected. The packaging was so well put together which ensured nothingness was damaged.

The order never happened, out of stock, changing delivery dates. Told thet had a diff size but they did not. Dissatisfied,disappointed and really thought it was made in America as it had an American flag on website which was misleading. No phone number as I think it was china. Will stay away from this website and company. This was the most disappointing because the products looked beautiful and different at a decent price. However you cannot get excited about something you never can receive

This company is a fraud. Light was not made for US. Sells plastic for the price of metal. End up paying $200 for a $20 piece of plastic. Then try to return it. Joke. Stay away from this company. My profile says I'm in Germany. I'm not. I am in the US.

The light was defective and customer service has only replied once to my 7 emails requesting to return it or for support. Do not buy from this company.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order, but the customer service was excellent.

I purchased a beautiful light fixture that didn’t work. When I asked for a refund LasSola refused to give me a full refund after I took pictures of the fixture and sent them to them as they instructed me to do. They now wanted me to have electrician to put it back up and video the fixture not working as it should. The fixture is not damaged by us, apparently they sent me a bad lighting as I told them in my email. They advertise Hassle Free Return— A Big LIE. Becareful purchasing from Las Sola. I have a dispute claim to get my money back through Pay Pal. If I could give LasSola a 0 I would.
My daughter purchased the same light before I did, this is why I bought it, same electrician installed hers that installed mine ,he checked everything on my end and found nothing wrong. They will not stand behind there product if there is a problem .Good luck.

I ordered two light fixtures which took nearly one month to arrive. So I had to buy other light fixtures as I was moving into my new home.
I now have to return these lights and and being charged a fee to do so by Lasola.
I wouldn’t recommend unless you have plenty of time to wait for delivery. Also a fee to return a product is pretty poor.

It’s a very cool looking lamp. It’s also incredibly bright. I would love for it to be dimmable.
This light could brighten a cave for miles.
