TWS earbuds
Easy ordering of TWS earbuds. Arrived 1 week later. Sound quality is ok. Wish it had a bit more bass. The touch controls are awkward to use unfortunately. I don't recommend it. I do own another Laser earbuds that sound great and work perfectly so the brand isn't the problem.

Item never arrived. Tracking was provided but was not valid.
Have contacted company twice requesting they either resend or refund, but have basically been brushed off.
Explained that I required the purchased item quickly (a week ago) in my first email explaining it had not arrived, but still no effort was made to get it to me, and it still is not here.
Extremely disappointed.
