Arrived folded and completely lost its shape
Unfortunately, the bag arrived folded and heavily creased, which caused it to completely lose its shape and collapse when standing. I contacted customer service beforehand and was told that it should not arrive folded, but unfortunately it did. This is especially inconvenient when you buy the bag for travelling with your dog, as it needs to keep its shape and structure. The bag also looks much better structured and upright in the product photos than it does when it arrives.
