If I could give a zero I would! I ordered a battery and paid for it and never got it. There is no phone number to call! Already emailed and sent information to them, nothing! I think they are a scam! Otherwise, I would get my paid for battery! Been over a month! Be careful and do your homework before you buy from them!

They had the battery for my computer, which is older and it was shipped promptly and delivered on time. It was relatively easy to install the battery once I got over the fear of opening my laptop and messing things up. The screw drivers that came with the battery were helpful.

So far the battery charges quickly and holds it well.
So far the battery charges quickly and holds the charge for quite a while. Also, I believe that it was very helpful to suggest to eliminate static electricity. I live in a very dry climate a I'm always getting shocked by static electricity. I sprayed some static eliminator around the work area, the package and my hands prior to installation which I feel made a difference.

This new battery for an amazing price…
This new battery for an amazing price brought my OMEN 15 back to life! I also appreciated the detailed graphic on their site showing the small differences between the type A and B versions so I was able to order the correct version easily.
I had a little problem where after I installed it, I ran a battery status check and it said it had been cycled 500 times! Of course I was upset and thought I got scammed. I emailed them, and they replied within a day, concerned and willing to work with me. I did more research and discovered that HP sometimes has an issue where it will report the wrong value for battery cycle count. The 3rd party tools I used said health was at 100%. Also, the battery data/check I ran from inside the BIOS said it had 0 cycles. Also, it's just working so much better than my old battery.

I can work off-grid again
I've been receiving low battery warnings for a long while. The new one ordered Laptopbatterydirect came in about a week. Once I found a YouTube about how to open my laptop, it was an easy replacement. The new battery charged fully in about four hours, and now I can work off grid again.

My battery had been bad for a while. Ordered a new one from Laptopbatterdirect and received it in a week, even with the winter storm we had. Opened up my laptop, replaced the old with the new and had it running again immediately! Easy for this 72 year old woman.

Laptop battery for HP
Was shopping around for a battery for my HP Omen laptop. The price was good. The time frame for shipping was workable. So I ordered. Yes it take a few days to get here but that wasn't an issue. Install the battery in my laptop. The battery error message went away after I installed. I've been using it for 2 days. Everything is looking good I don't anticipate any problems with the battery. I will keep you in mind for any other needs that may come up at a later time.

Laptopbatterydirect was the online provider that had *exactly* the right battery for my laptop in terms of wattage/volts/form ID. Price was competitive. Battery arrived very well packed, correctly addressed, and easily within the shipping time estimate. Battery performance (so far) is comparable to the OEM battery when new.
