I recently purchased the Glam Wave from L’ange. I want to say that I absolutely luv it. Fast, easy to use, and doesn’t seem to cause damage to my hair.
Additionally-the customer service I received was great. One of the advertised products was missing from the order when it arrived, so I reached out to the help center. They promptly shipped it out to me and were very helpful.

One of the products came damaged to me. I emailed about it and within a few days a new one was delivered, no questions asked. Love all the products.

Website is user friendly. I never have an issue searching for products. Love all the new items. Some disappointment that lots of items are sold at, but understandable when you have sales.

Not happy with the product does not take the frizz out of my hair.

My order shipped quickly but there were a couple things left out. Contacted customer service and showed my order and what I recieved, they had my replacement shipped out immediately. Great customer service!

Worked like a charm on my frizzy course processed grey/white hair. Really minimizes damage!

Product smelled great, and a wonderful whipped feel to it however it made my scalp itch and my forehead to get hot and red.

Trois Chic Hairspay is back!!! Yeah!!! This is the best hairspray I have ever used. You can dial in on the nozzle the type hold i.e. Light, medium or heavy. I particulary like the medium but am glad I can adjust when needed. I really like how there are representatives on FB to demonstrate proper use of tools and their favorite products to try on hair. Great company, great products!

Not impressed with the performance the tool. It's just another tool that doesn't do anything more than other tools.

I love the Lange tools and products. The delivery is always prompt.

Works fine. Doesn’t smooth out here as advertised. Not at all better than the original one. Nothing wrong with it just not as good as the original.

Product purchase is phenomenal. Easy to use. Hair is frizz free.

your products are wonderful but my last order, they sent the wrong item. I exchanging a 32mm Le Pirouette in blush for the 25mm. They sent me a 32mm in black. I specifically ordered this for an event I'm attending this weekend, 9/19 & 9/20 and there isn't time to get it replaced.

It is doing just what I hoped it would accomplish. I have naturally curly, frizzy hair and this just makes it nice and straight. Much easier to work with. I’d highly recommend these products!
