Their products are excellent but their advertising is shady. Their ads keep showing a product as being a part of their 2 for $99 promotion, but it's not. Or they say 40% off site-wide and it's not site-wide. Bait and switch advertising.

Great customer service! My Duo stopped heating and I was over the 1 year warranty. I emailed, and got a quick response. They helped me try to diagnose and reset, but that sadly did not work. They decided to send me a brand new unit! Thank you and love these products!

First time I was going to order I texted but did not get a response for several days. I ordered anyway bc I found what I needed to know after much searching. I ordered and my order came but my item did not work I contacted customer service and they shipped a new one immediately. I was shocked. I had pics, etc and they did not ask me to email them. Just shipped it. How amazing I felt to be treated with awesome customer service. Then I received my item with the products and I was again amazed at how well I loved my knew flat iron and the products. Thanks for having an amazing customer service staff that knows how to treat a customer. Things happen but it is absolutely how a company handles it and your staff handled it 1000%!!!!

They were spot on time my blow dryer brush gave out one year from the time I bought it and they had no problem. I sent a video and I explained no problem. Sending me one back. I love the L’Ange Dream Wave. It turns my fine, corse hair into smooth, bouncy loose curls. The products are really good too.
