One-star review – a clear warning against LANERGY
We have worked with LANERGY for many years and purchased solar panels from them without problems. In the past, quality and service were excellent, but our most recent order has been a disaster from start to finish.
In July, we ordered nearly 3 containers of solar panels. The delivery never arrived, and we had to chase them several times. Suddenly, we received pictures from a warehouse showing that all the panels had been unpacked from the pallets and inspected one by one. It was obvious that something was seriously wrong with the goods. They were then repacked – but we immediately made it clear that we would not accept a delivery of panels that had been repacked and looked so suspicious.
LANERGY rejected our objections and insisted that we had to take delivery. After more than two months, when the panels were finally shipped, the next shock came: we were informed that the trucks carrying the solar panels had collapsed during transport because the goods were so poorly packed. This could have caused fatal accidents if the tarpaulin had ripped open on the motorway.
When the panels finally arrived in Denmark, the result was catastrophic: more than 100 panels were smashed, the pallets were homemade and completely unsuitable for the panel dimensions, and the rest of the goods clearly showed signs of having been repacked and handled with no regard for quality or safety.
LANERGY took no responsibility and instead tried to blame the driver. They only offered us a half refund for one truck – which is completely unacceptable. We ordered brand new solar panels, not defective, repacked goods without original packaging or proper protection.
This is not just poor service – it is fraud. A supplier that once stood for quality has now delivered something so poor that we can neither use nor resell the products.
My clear recommendation: Stay far away from LANERGY.
They no longer provide honest service, they do not disclose defects, and they disclaim all responsibility. We are left with broken panels, huge losses, and the feeling of having been cheated.
