I recently applied for a role at Lance Mason Solicitors and was contacted by Howard Whitehead. He explained the role in more details to me and invited me in for an interview. Received first class service from start to finish in what I considered to be a quite messy and complicated case. Nevertheless, through my Solicitor, Saima Ali, I received a fair and decent settlement figure which I am very happy with. Saima made me feel at ease with her vast legal knowledge, great liaising skills, and timely responses.

Needed some advice today and didn’t know how to go about it. Initially spoke to keeli who was very friendly and polite and passed me onto the right place. She also gave me abit of a laugh which I think is a great asset to her telephone manner.
