First and last time ordering from lampen24
It said that many of the light fixtures that i have ordered could be delivered in 2-4 working days. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have received nothing yet. Also GLS is doing an awful job in this delivery. The package has been going back and forth between Belgium and the Netherlands for few days now for different reasons. If they are true in thier communication, the packge make it to our town but they failed to deliver it because they cannot find the address. While i understand this could happen, i think they could have called us to sort it out on the spot. This is our first and last time ordering from lampen24.

Thank you for your evaluation. I see that you ordered an item which was nog in stock and this item had a deliverytime of 11-16 workingdays. This is the reason why your order could not be send straight after ordering. I have no idea why GLS is forwarding your order to the Netherlands.Please contact our customerservice with you complete address as GLS is mentioning that the address is incomplete. As soon as we have all your information we will contact GLS and tell them to deliver at the checked address.

Useless instruction manual
Useless instruction manual, no text at all, alternative handling instructions with no explanation as to which one applies. “ IKEA-type” manual that is useless. Very happy with the design of the exterior lights, and quality seems ok.

Better price than on the original…
Better price than on the original producer's website, however there was a small mark on the lamp. Price-wise I'm still content but one star less accordingly. Quick delivery and overall happy.
