Great prices but poor filtering. The product filtering feature could be improved: Watts, lumens, color temperature, etc; let me filter them with a range! Not by selecting individual values. And where... See more

We received the bulbs for our favourite lamp we ordered that no one had in their stores. Very satisfied!!
The goods were at a good price and came within a reasonable time for a bank holiday.
Sayd "we ship next day" but deliver after 10 days happens...

No direct problem with the supplier, but useless shipping by PostNord
No direct problem with the supplier. Order processed and dispatched quickly. Sadly, they use PostNord for delivery in the Nordics. Package was ordered on dec 16th, dispatched from the Netherlands on dec 17th, arrived at the PostNord warehouse in Oslo on dec 20th, and has been sitting there since. Scheduled delivery is always on the next working day, and is then postponed every day. Current delivery estimate is Jan 3rd, but I’m not holding my breath. Sadly this is a recurring theme with PostNord. As a result, I always choose vendors who supply other shipping alternatives than PostNord whenever I can. In this instance however, LampeDirekte was the only supplier I could find who had the parts I needed.

Billig, god service, men vær obs på returnering av vare
Billig, god kundeservice, dyrt å sende retur.
Veldig god kundeservice, men vær obs på at returvarer sendes til Nederland. Så det kan bli dyrt å sende
