Do not use - terrible build quality
Do not use - spend £50+ on a pair of shoes, just for the sole to come away from the shoe entirely within 5 months of purchase, and Lamoda to say there’s nothing they can do about it.
You’d expect much better quality for the amount of money they are charging for their shoes. Avoid.

Nice boots, very poor quality
Edit: they did indeed send me £4 'partial refund' as a gesture. But that doesn't even cover the cost to stick the heel back on.
As some of the other reviews suggest, while the boots are great and very comfortable in my case, they're very poor qualify. The heel has split and it's ready to come off after 6 months. Customer service says I'm outside the returns period, which is fine but surely boots should last longer than 6 months.

Ordered and delivered very quickly and the shoes were exactly what I wanted, however they were slightly to small so as per the enclosed form I wanted to exchange them. Unfortunately when I contacted them to arrange this I was told they no longer offered this service. So i just wanted to return the shoes I had but the only option that was given to me was through a service that is not available on the isle of wight where I live. I contacted the same guy to explain this and ask for an alternative returns option and have had no contact since and that was 16th Jan 2025 !!!

I’m obsessed with this brand! They always fit like a glove and the plateau + thick heel combo makes them really comfy. They’re not as durable if you’re using them for performances (I know they’re not meant for that) as they do chip easily but I keep re-buying them because the fit is too good 😭
