The shipment was fast enough, the package in perfect condition and the shoes were wonderful to say the least! Comfortable and the right size! It's already the second pair of shoes I buy here and I'll definitely buy more!

Delivery was quick, packaging was good, and the boots looked exactly as advertised. However, the sizing turned out to be quite off, meaning the boots are way smaller than they should be for the size as which they are sold (the label says UK9, but they were a UK8, at most.) The subsequent return process was perfectly smooth again: QR code came via email, plenty of shipping locations to chose from, and the refund was processed within like a day or so from shipping. -> 5 stars for smooth order & delivery process, 3 stars for the smallish sizing, 5 stars for the smooth return process -> Overall: 4 stars.

This company don't accept return for their outlet items, the shoes are very low quality and not the same as the picture.

Love the shoes I rocked from Lamoda. So cute and held up really well. Definitely would love to try some of their other killer designs.

The shoes are adorable, and good quality! They take a while to ship out, but that is expected with overseas shipping. Overall, I’m super happy with my purchases!

I ordered several pairs of shoes from the Lamoda site, whether it’s creepers, platform shoes, or sandals! I love them, and everyone compliments these to me! Delivery within a reasonable time given that I live in Belgium! I love It ! 💖

I bought the EXACT same shoes as a woman who left a review a few days ago and I also got the wrong shoes! The devious boots. Just emailed customer service but I’m doubtful they’ll come through.

EDIT: Emailed them and they gave me the run around. At first I couldn’t exchange them, then it was “we don’t refund clearance items”. After some back and forth, all the sudden they can take them back but I have to pay for international shipping. Which is basically near more expensive than the boots. I will dispute this charge with my bank and I told them that. Absolute crickets.

I ordered the padlock calf boots from Lamoda and they came very quickly. Not only are these boots beautiful, but I've work them on multiple nights out and they're very comfortable too. I always get compliments whenever I wear them out. The quality is good too. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I’ve have bought from LAMODA before. This would be my second time buying from them and I’m extremely disappointed, I bought the ‘devious chunky platform knee high boots’ and i received a completely different pair of shoes. I live in the states and im super upset because it’s going to cost so much money to send it back and it is said in the website that they do not compensate for the shipping when returning. Which they CLEARLY should !! YOU SENT ME THE WRONG SHOESSS!! YOU SENT ME $40 shoes when I paid way more THAN THAT !!!

My mum got me the "Concert Platform Knee High Boots" for Christmas and I absolutely loved them. Three months of wearing them and they are completely broken, like broken in half. Very short lifespan and very low quality especially considering the price. I hoped that they were just a faulty pair so I contacted customer support hoping for a replacement of my lovely boots. They won't give me a replacement or a refund. They couldn't care less and seem to be perfectly happy with how garbage their shoes are. These were an expensive present for my mum to afford and I will never forgive them for ripping her off. This review was written with a sad heart from a girlie who just wanted cool boots to slay in.

Never received my money for the return. The product came in a dirty box and the shoes came with a dark smudge on god knows where from. I basically lost over a hundred bucks, don't buy from them. The quality of the shoes is questionable too, especially for the price.

I placed an order for some heels from Lamoda and despite being the correct size, they regrettably didn't fit. I emailed for a return and they refused me. When challenged, they say it's their policy. By law, the customer is allowed to return any online order within 14 days, even if they don't have a reason. This is regardless of any sales. But Lamoda won't have it. They will just say "it's because it's on sale". I then reminded them that one item was at 30% off and another at 50% off. They now magically will accept a return on the 30% off one despite previously stating it "wasn't eligible for a return". But still refusing to accept my return IN FULL, despite them being legally being obliged to BY LAW. Its part of the consumer rights act.

Their customer service is repetitive and rude. Communications have broken down and I am taking further actions.

If you want Lamoda boots, please use another website and NOT Lamoda's website, unless you want your consumer rights violated.

Lamoda's footwear are the most comfortable and are very good quality.

There's been times where I've had to send back and I've never had an issue receiving a refund.

Punit at customer service helped me with a return enquiry yesterday and this morning I received my refund which went straight onto another Lamoda order today.

One of ma favorite shoe brand. Fantastic design, good quality and they are really comfortable despite very high heels. Always take +1 size and they fit perfectly well.
