Watch out

Watch out — scammers and thieves. They falsely claimed we had a dangerous mite problem, pressured us to leave our home, and charged us €1650 for a “treatment” they never performed. They were rude, aggressive, and caused unnecessary panic, especially with our 2-year-old at home. We even had to stay in a hotel overnight because they insisted it was unsafe to return for 6 hours. They have no KVK registration, could not provide any certifications, and even gave us a fake invoice. We’ve filed a police report and have evidence, including videos. If anyone else has experienced this, please report them to the police as well.
