As of 11:17 AM on Friday, December 5th, your order is confirmed as delivered by FedEx. We’re sorry for the slight delay in your delivery. As indicated on our shipping page, orders may take 24–48 hours to arrive after the shipment date, even though we ship with priority overnight service.
Your order was prepared and ready to leave on Wednesday, but FedEx experienced a pickup delay that affected all shipments that day. In order to maintain the quality of your products, we kept the package in our fridge overnight rather than risk having it sit in a warehouse.
Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, it was still completed within the 48-hour window. Given that your order has now arrived, we believe the 1-star rating may not reflect the full situation, and we sincerely hope you will consider revising your review.

2- Everyone who ate the oysters at our Oyster party had severe gastric symptoms. Including the 91 year old Birthday honouree. Not great. We won’t be ordering from La Mer again. Sad bcs we were always happy

Size is not consistent with description
Delivery is great. I’m disappointed because I this box of 100 large sized oysters was in fact a mix of various sizes from very small to a few large ones. Your product is not consistent with your advertisement on the website.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. The oysters are graded directly by the producer using automated machinery, which means there can be some natural variation in size within each box. That said, even the smallest oysters included in each box fall within the “large” grade, measuring at least 3.25″.
