Great customer service as well just to top things off.
If you are looking for outdoor furniture, Pizza ovens and even outside bars, be sure to pay them a visit.

Friendly approach
Friendly approach, I had a fabulous experience and bought an aluminium corner patio dining set. Fits perfectly in the garden and big enough to host 8 people comfortably, would recommend to anyone to give Ernies a look. (Shame I can't post a photo)

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about the team at Ernies to be honest. Both Ken and Sally Anne are absolutely amazing at customer service. I bought a premium furniture set from them which will last a lifetime and they bent over backwards to get it to me in a short timeframe and at the best price I could find it anywhere. I did have an issue with the delivery from the manufacturer but Ken jumped on it and had the missing items sent to me within 48 hours by another courier, pretty amazing service considering. I will definitely go back for anything garden related in the future and I just wish every business was like this, it's kind of rare these days.

Ernies has a wonderful selection of good quality garden furniture. The staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. Ken helped me with my purchase. He was really knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier and I'm looking forward to taking delivery of the gorgeous patio furniture.

Amazing customer service
Met with Ken and Sally Anne today to purchase our garden sofa. This was our third visit to make sure we had made the right choice, each time being so lovely with us, no pressure to buy but super helpful when we had questions. They truly are an asset to the business.

Been looking for garden furniture now for about four years on and off.
Great choice and spoil for choice whatever your budget is.
Staff friendly and helpful and no pressure, we just needed to check out weather it would definitely fit.
Went back the following week and ordered, very pleased with the quality of delivery highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our purchases from Earnies. The Customer Service from Sally-Anne was superb. She made us feel welcome and comfortable in looking at and trying out the outdoor furniture on display without being too intrusive. We was impressed with the modern pagodas and range of furniture that we saw. We bought a pagoda and L shaped seating suite with table and stools as well as two loungers with a table at a very good competitive price. The Delivery was punctual and the staff were helpful in giving useful advice prior to assembling the pagoda. We love our purchases and it really has made our garden into a relaxing entertaining haven.
I would happily recommend Earnies as they have been professional and courteous at every stage as well as the products being great quality and design.
