Gorgeous beautiful burkini’s! Quality is outstanding. Color is gorgeous. I ordered the burkini in bronze, in love with the material and color! Also their pullover hijabs are amazing, so comfortable and look really nice on your head. So easy to quickly put on! Oh and shipping was FAST!

wo Orders, No Delivery – Nonexistent Customer Service
I placed my first order (#3049) on March 29, 2025, which never arrived. Getting a refund took over a month and a lot of back-and-forth. Hoping to give them a second chance, I placed another order (#3749) on May 23, 2025, with a promised shipping date before June 16. Today is June 21, and I’ve received no shipment or update, despite sending three emails with no response.
The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend buying from Lalouni The Label until they improve their customer service drastically.

Your first order (#3049), placed on March 29, was shipped on March 31. You also received the tracking code. Unfortunately, the parcel was not successfully delivered and we had to wait for it to be returned to the Netherlands, after which we refunded you.
We received your email regarding order #3749 on the evening of June 18. We replied on June 22, apologizing for the delay of the Pre-Orders, which is due to the current situation in Iran. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. At your request, we immediately cancelled and refunded this order.
We kindly ask all our customers for a little patience (sabr). Other customers are expected to receive their Pre-Order burkinis as early as next week. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider updating your review, and kindly ask you to avoid posting multiple reviews about the same order under different names.
If you want to have a chat to sort this out better, we’re all ears and happy to talk!

We searched for the name "Zaccarya Shili" in our mailbox, but cannot find any corresponding e-mail.
Unfortunately, due to the situation in Iran we have not received our pre-order stock yet.
If we had already received them, we would of course have started shipping them out immediately.
We are now expecting them within 10 days, and all pre-orders will be shipped out as soon as they arrive.
