Got a burkini from this brand. This is honestly my favorite burkini ever! I wear it every day here and I couldn’t be happier with it.
It dries really quickly, doesn’t cling too much to the body, and isn’t see-through at all — which is a huge plus.
The fit is beautiful, nicely loose, and very flattering.

I swear girls it’s not worth the money.
I bought a first one
After a very short time wearing it it developed lots of small “dots”, it looked soooo overused I was ashamed to use it, looked so bad.
I contacted them and they offered to send a second one, I had to pay for the shipping myself and to reach a certain amount and I did it, but same problem.
Stay away from this “company”. It’s such a shame that for that price you get this low quality.
I live in Switzerland and for me it’s not a big deal to spend this much for a burkini, but I imagine all the girls who are saving money for a burkini just to be more modest, and they end up with that low quality burkini.
Such a shame.

On the 1st of September 2025 I made a large order of 570€. When I received my parcel I noticed that one of the items was wrongly packed twice and that some items were missing. A few weeks later I received a second parcel with the missing pieces. No communication was sent out on this issue, but no big deal so far.

I tried their swimwear and was not pleased with the quality so I decided to return all items in alignment with their policy. I bought returnlabels via the website and happily paid 5€/label.

Fast forward to now (13th Dec. 2025) and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed them countless times, but no answer has been given so far. I tried to call the number on their website, but it doesn’t work.

Please please please be careful ordering from LaLouni. I was at first excited to order from them as I love to spend my money on small businesses (rather than big corporations) and of course seeing how many influencers promote their swimwear, I was eager to give it a shot. Don’t make the mistake I made, there are plenty of other webshops where you can find modest swimwear and a trustable service, such as Lyra Modest.

Purchased for the 4th time now.. Lalouni never disappoints. The fabric of the tan through set is really something else and so soft & comfortable that I also wear it as a casual set on the daily!

I had high expectations for this Burkini since it was advertised as tan-through. Unfortunately, the product does not provide any tanning effect at all, even after multiple uses in the sun.

I contacted customer service and had to wait a long time for a response. After several follow-ups, I was only offered a store credit, even though I requested a refund, as the product does not deliver the promised results. Since then, I have been completely ignored, and none of my further messages have been answered.

For a product that costs around €120, this is extremely disappointing. Both the product and the customer service fall far below what I expected based on the brand’s promises.

I ordered a top with it’s matching hijab, it is STUNNING, what I like about it the most that it truly feels so flattering yet super modest!! The length of the top is perfect giving me the right amount of coverage yet not too tall. The printing of the logo is high quality, as the finishing of the overall piece is precisely done!! I truly suggest everyone to buy!! As I am waiting for more colors; like off white and grey to drop, to buy more! As for their customer services, they are super friendly and transparent in their, as I first ordered when I was in Vienna for a short stay, I had some delivery issues that wasn’t from LALOUNI’s side and yet they have handled my situation really well, returned my money back in order to be able to order again to Jordan!! I love how active, supportive they are! I truly appreciate your brand, the hijabi world needed such innovation! Thank you for the cutest gift which was a free palestine tote bag! So much love for you guys!

I recently ordered hijab swimmingwear from Lalouni The Label and I couldn’t be happier!
The quality is excellent, the fabric feels durable, comfortable, and looks beautiful. The designs are elegant and modest, exactly what I was looking for. What truly touched me was the thoughtful gift they included, a reusable bag with “Free Palestine” printed on it. Such a kind and meaningful gesture!🥲❤️🍉
Delivery was smooth and fast, and the customer service is outstanding.

I bought their “Tan Through Burkini” — it simply does NOT work. No tanning at all, despite their claims.

I contacted them many times with proof. They ignored me. This is false advertising and violates EU consumer rights.

If you’ve had the same issue:
👉 File a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (search: “European Consumer Centre Netherlands”)
👉 Report to the Netherlands ACM (search: “ACM file a consumer complaint”)

Companies like this rely on silence. Speak up.

Don’t waste your money. For claiming their fabrics are „tan-through“ the products are definitely not delivering what is promised. I was on vacation for 3 weeks in total and got no tan at all. Also the customer service is total garbage. Got no response at all after filing a complaint.

I would have given 5 stars if the customer service were more accessible before and after an order was made. In this case I had to reach out to the company a few times when the absent of answers occured. But soon after my emails, the very sweet customer responsible Aya replied and everything went quite smooth afterwards.

I made an order of 7 items (3 set of burkinis) with order no. #5101 with a total costs of around €400 on Saturday 19th July and received all of the items today on 31st July.

All of the items are very beautiful and well made. Fabric are soft and made of thicker mesh type of fabric. The colors (mocha and black) are true to description. The burkini set of color
”Matcha” was darker than the pictures in the website. But that is all fine to me as it is actually even better shade when the green color is darker.

So a BIG thank you for great service in the end and for all the beautiful pieces🌸! We are now looking forward our vacation, as I was afraid we would not receive our items on time.
