I suddenly had problems with my UPVC front door where it would not lock. Luke arrived 30 minutes after the initial call. The faulty mechanism gearbox that cause the issue was replaced. Luke went the extra mile and adjusted the door hinges. The whole work was done in within 30 minutes. If you need fast, reliable and professional service at a very good price, I very highly recommend LA Locksmith. If it was possible, I would have rated this service 10 stars. Brilliant experience with this team. They were punctual, respectful, and offered very competitive pricing with clear options. The repair was completed quickly, but they didn't just stop there—they also adjusted my door hinges to fix a slight drop they noticed. It’s rare to find that level of care and extra effort. Very happy with the result and will definitely be using them again.

Contacted LA Locksmiths at 9:00 on 23rd Feb. LA Locksmiths arrived by 10:30 resolved broken uPVC door lock replaced broken mechanisms and replace barrel by 11:15.

Great professional service.

Excellent service. LA Locksmiths were recommended by my daughter and her husband who used their services last year. As I have a spare key to their house, I was able to see what good quality the lock was. When my own front door lock started sticking and then the key got stuck in the lock, I contacted them. My call was answered immediately and I had Tim visit me within the hour and get it sorted in 20 minutes plus cutting me 2 extra keys. My neighbour saw the van outside my house and asked if Tim could have a look at her bathroom window. He changed that too. We are both very happy with the service. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will definitely use them again if I have problems in the future.

Tim and Luke are amazing. They respond any day of the week and come out as soon as they can to get you out of trouble. At the same time, their prices are realistic, their service competent and reliable, and they don't try to sting you or milk the job for more than it's worth. What work they carry out is necessary. What isn't necessary doesn't get done (or charged for). If you want fast, reliable and honest work, look no further.

Third time and still outstanding! This is the third time I’ve needed the services of LA Locksmiths - this time it was my patio door that broke. Called Luke and he came out, gave a great quote, arranged to get the part, made an appointment for coming back to do the job. On the day he turned up on time and was polite, professional, tidy and friendly and did a great job! No one wants to need a locksmith but if you find that you do then I highly recommend Luke and his team!

Luke arrived on time , discussed my requirements , offered expert advise and provided a solution in a timely manner, Lock ordered and he arrived at the stated time to fit new door lock next morning . Came in on budget with minimum disruption, no mess.

Thanks so much for sorting my door lock today ,when the door was locked the key wouldn't come out.You were with me in less than an hour of calling.Problem sorted. New part fitted, as we needed an additional key sourced from his van and cut it to fit.The young man was extremely nice and friendly.I was pleased with the price and workmanship.Highly recommended, will use them again.

Had an issue with locking my patio door at 4pm today. Contacted Luke and Tim was around within half an hour and fixed the issue. The second time I have used this firm in a few years and the service is second to none and work reasonably priced.
