Our 2 tours were well organised and good value.

The tour to Uda Walle elephants was the highlight.

I worked with Felician Fernando via email to plan a private day tour in Colombo Sri Lanka for my husband and me. Our cruise on the Vasco da Gama only stops there for one day so I was concerned about making the best use of our time and seeing as much as possible. Felician was wonderful! He responded quickly to every email I sent and answered all of my questions. He took my requests, made suggestions, and put together what I believe will be a fantastic day for us. We look forward to meeting him in person and experiencing Sri Lanka with him.

Excellent driver and service. We enjoyed the safari so much! We saw lots of animals in their natural habitat and the driver was very knowledgable to explain animals habits and behaviours.

Extremely efficient company. Very happy to answer various questions before booking any thing. Highy recommend.

Overall everything was a great experience about the jeep safari .The naturalist had lot of knowledge of the animals and the nature in the national park. We had a private vehicle which really are worth the extra money it cost. The only trouble was the transfer from our hotel in Mirissa to Udawalawe. Pickup time was early in the morning and to our surprise the driver was almost one hour early.. said the company had told him another time then we got from Lakpura LCC day before we was going to the safari. Very busing morning which also result in extra long waiting time before the jeepsafari. In the end we are satiesfied.

Although the drivers on both occasions were prompt and polite,the experience was not what we expected. All we basically purchased was a driver as everything else ,ie,entrance fees, guide fees and refreshments had to be paid separately. This worked out to be quite costly. We also expected the drivers to be a little more informative.

They were very professional. We had any problem.

Booked a half day safari. Standing outside hotel at 6am and nobody turns up. Contact phones not answered.Still not sure if incompetent or worse. Had to cancel credit card to be safe. Heard all kind of local stories about this outfit. Wouldn't go near them again.

Look no further... all your travel needs (i.e. hotel reservations, tours, driver's, etc.) can be found in one convenient location. Lakpura is a trustworthy organization with welcoming and courteous staff. Would recommend for to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka.

We waited 45 minutes at the airport for a driver that never came despite calling the agency to get information. We had to use another taxi company.

Lakpura has been excellent and I could not have asked for a better service. I wanted them to arrange transportation, accommodation and suggestions for a 3 day trip from Yala to Negombo with various sightseeing stops enroute. Throughout the rather complicated itinerary they were very efficient and professional and I always felt confident with them and what they were doing. I was regularly kept up to date and emails were always answered quickly and efficiently (thank you Madu).
I haven’t been on this tour yet as it is midway through my holiday in 6 weeks time but I am certain it will be a success and I am not expecting to have to follow up this review with any negative comments about Lakpura afterwards.

I used Lakpura to obtain private cars and drivers. Even Viator subcontracted to Lakpura when I booked a private Viator tour.

Everything was fine at the airport, our flight was delayed but meet and greet with paging board as expected, then quickly escorted to the van.
However around 1hr into the journey the driver asked us if we knew which way to the hotel. Fortunately I had a rough idea of the route, then we managed to use the driver’s phone to guide him. He spoke very little English but seemingly it was his first day.
Everything turned out ok but not ideal at 2am with 2 small children in the van!

Nice trip but driver was late.
