I visited the Glasgow store in October last year to purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancé.

I was warmly welcomed by the staff on the ground floor, who courteously directed me to the engagement ring display on the upper level. I was then introduced to Ashley who assisted me in selecting an engagement ring.

Ashley demonstrated outstanding professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care throughout my visit. She presented an extensive selection of rings, providing detailed and insightful descriptions and comparisons of each piece. Her approach was patient, informative, and entirely without pressure, which made the purchasing experience both comfortable and enjoyable.

I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided and felt complete confidence in proceeding with my purchase.

I revisited the store to have my fiancée’s ring resized,which I arranged with Ashley. Once again, she demonstrated excellent product knowledge and provided great assistance.

During this visit, I also expressed my interest in purchasing a Rolex watch. I was introduced to a Emma who displayed expert knowledge of the watch industry and gave me the opportunity to try on several exhibition models.

Since then, I have spoken with XiaoXiao regarding the purchase of a Rolex watch. She has been patient, helpful, and reassuring throughout, clearly recognising the importance of the model I have selected.

Overall, it was a great experience visiting Laings’ flagship store, and we will definitely be returning in the near future to purchase our wedding rings.

I've just had the pleasure of buying a watch from Lainds Cardiff.
This was a very sentimental purchase as it was a timepiece to represent my mother after her recent passing.
Meg looked after me and my wife whilst we shared stories and created a beautiful memory, fitting of my mother and Alun, was a lovely gent working alongside Meg, aiding to this memory.
We were treated so lovely and feel like I had an amazing experience rather than purely buying a watch.

Visited the Glasgow store for Diamond Earrings. All staff were professional and friendly as always. Ashley assisted us and she picked up on my (many) requirements for earrings very quickly and ensured I was offered a variety to view, meeting my wishes and price. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the diamonds and definitely made the shopping experience a pleasurable one. Also met with Lyndsay as I wanted an existing pendant diamond necklace (purchased previously from Laings) to be amended to a mount so the diamond lay flatter on my neck. Lyndsay explained what would happen to assess that change and she’d be in touch to advise if it can be done. I love that Laings only stock diamonds at the higher spectrum of the grading scale. I always feel I’m getting an authentic, quality diamond without feeling any pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend Laings.

We would always recommend Laings because as I tell friends and family the service is always 2nd to none and the welcome we also get is wonderful from Ryan Katie Martin & Nick and last but not least Alan , also even the security guards call us by our names it’s a real family feel..

When the time came for my watch to need a service, I’ll admit—that’s the scary bit. Handing over something so special isn’t easy. But from the moment I walked into Laings Jewellery in Glasgow with my son James, all those worries disappeared.
We genuinely couldn’t have had a more enjoyable experience. Lindsay was absolutely fantastic—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to look after both of us, clearly explained exactly what would be happening, how long the service would take, and gave me a helpful starting cost based on what I was looking for. Nothing felt rushed or unclear.
Throughout the process, the communication from the Laings team was excellent, which really put my mind at ease. And then came the best part—collecting my watch.
Seeing my GMT II again was something special. It looks like new, and I honestly fell in love with it all over again. For a watch that’s 35 years old, it now looks absolutely spectacular.

From first entering the the showroom to final purchase of a watch and ring, my fiancé and I were looked after with the best attention. Michael, from the Edinburgh branch, was incredibly helpful and really put us at ease from the moment we shook hands. He guided us through our options (answering a lot of questions on the way) with great care, knowledge, impartiality, and confidence, before settling on what was a perfect choice for us. This made for a perfect experience, and a day we will look back on fondly.

My Seiko watch needed a full service. I sent it to Laings as I had used them before. When the watch was ready we went to the main shop in Glasgow to pick it up.
As with all our previous dealings with Laings the experience was excellent. All of the staff we came in contact with were professional and friendly throughout.
A special thank you should go to Lindsay in the Service Department for her help and advice on a broken ring we brought with us, and Devlin, for his knowledge and friendly advice when we were choosing an item of jewellery.

Since I was buying online and don't live near to a Laings shop, I had a few questions on a ring I was looking at, which the staff were only too happy to answer in a warm, friendly and professional manner. The defining experience, however, was, to receive a telephone call shortly after having ordered the ring online to thank me for the order and explain the next steps. In an age of AI and bots it was refreshing to have that human touch and made the experience all the more memorable. The ring is stunning and my fiancée loves it

All staff were very nice and clearly knowledgeable on their products and were very helpful throughout the transaction and later in the shop for adjustments.

After buying my wife’s engagement ring here, we decided to pop back in to look at watches. From the moment we walked in, Megan looked after us and she was absolutely brilliant - down-to-earth, genuinely funny, and still completely professional.
We even said to ourselves that if I was ever bought a Rolex, it would be from Megan… and that’s exactly what happened. We returned without an appointment and very close to closing time, yet she welcomed us just as warmly and never made us feel rushed. We ended up purchasing a Sky-Dweller and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
We’re over the moon the watch and can’t recommend Megan highly enough - we honestly wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

I took my GMT Master II into the Glasgow store for a service and was looked after by Lindsay. She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I received full and regular updates from her on progress and she arranged for the watch to be returned to me to save another 3 hour trip to collect it. Once the watch was serviced, I had it appraised by Emma with a view to exchanging it for another model. Again, the service was excellent with all of my options explained and questions answered. Both Lindsay and Emma were excellent ambassadors for Laings and I would be very happy doing business with them in the future.

Excellent service received from start to finish. I purchased an eternity ring online, I couldn’t see what sizes they had available due to low stock, so contacted customer services who were really helpful, they checked all stores and advise me straight away. The ring was posted out the following day, and well received, the packaging and gift wrapping was beautifully done, and made the perfect gift. I also spoke with my nearest store (Cardiff) who were very helpful saying if there were any issues with size, I could come in and have to resized anytime free of charge.
