I visited Laings in Buchanan Street Glasgow and spoke initially with KaWa, then with Scott when I went in to collect my watch.
I was very impressed with both. The level of customer service, knowledge of the product and attention to detail was outstanding, and very much appreciated, and they were both easy to chat to and explained everything perfectly.

I went to the Cardiff branch to look at a Cartier watch I had wanted for ages - a luxury that I had dithered over whether I should buy. I had looked on-line on several websites but was so glad that I went to Laings instead.
Customer service was excellent. A friendly greeting when we went inside with none of the aloof manners that customers are sometimes subjected to in high retail shops. We were served by Megan Sinclair who was assisted by several colleagues. There was no pressure, just time to look, try and consider. Once we had decided to buy the watch then plenty of time was spent showing us the way to change straps, and alter remove or add links.
A follow up email to check we were still happy with our purchase and to tell us to call in again at anytime if there is anything we need (including a coffee!) was a lovely touch.
Overall great customer service - thank you.

First Rolex purchase, great customer service!
Bought my first Rolex from Laings recently and the service from Jimmy was brilliant from start to finish. What an experience with Laings !
Was only out shopping for my birthday and was looking through window and was warmly welcomed in so I had a look round and fancied buying a Rolex. Ask if I could buy the root beer one, I was then handed over to Megan who deals with the Rolex watches and she was amazing from start to finish! Total asset to the team! Everyone in the shop is very welcoming and super friendly, it was a pleasure to buy from here and hopefully will be back again soon.

I’ve been in the fortunate position to purchase 2 Rolex watches from Laings Southampton, on both occasions Rodrigo Sousa has been my sales representative.
At the beginning of 2025 I emailed Rodrigo to inform him that in October 25 I have a milestone birthday ending in a zero, and I would like to purchase a Rolex Submariner to mark the occasion.
I had to wait a considerable amount of time (4 years) to acquire my first Rolex (to celebrate my retirement) so I wasn’t holding out much hope! However, a couple of days ago Rodrigo contacted me to inform me that one of the models I had expressed an interest in was available. Well I was very pleasantly surprised, and there is no doubt that Rodrigo pulled out all of the stops (including a persuasive chat with the manager) to ensure I had the option of buying the watch before my birthday.
On both occasions, Rodrigo has been a total professional throughout the entire process of the initial expression of interest, to the purchase. He is a very charming and personable young man, who is immediately likeable. There is no doubt that he is an asset to the Laings sales team, and if I decide to make another purchase for my next life milestone date, I will definitely ask to speak to Rodrigo.
