Natalia was a great help, though the flights I had booked were no longer available she was kind to call and check for other options for me. She guided me with the whole process and was very patient.

Book 2 tickets at a good price but they call us 24h after to told us that the flight is overbooked and not possible to have it. Offer us a another flight x2 the Price and try to force the sell saying it’s not refundable. BIG SCAM

A young lady named Natalia was very helpful although she has very soft voice but was able to complete the process. I would recommend anyone to check with Lafetravel.

Travelling during US Thanksgiving made things a bit more difficult but Esteban guided me through all my alternatives in a very professional and polite way. In the end everything work out very well. His service was terrific.

This travel service would be for those that are flexible and ready for surprises . My last booking vancouver to Mexico city was promoted with a price ( 600) all requirement needs to be read before you accept their condition of fake price. Booking replied but not confirmation, this is done with a 2nd call where the price sudently gets 50 to 60% more as they try to search for one . (1080) As your initial and information on credit card has been compromised you try to maintain calmness . on top they called me to make it in two transaction, but on the first is all price taxes in the second amount is something extra. Should you need to change date you realized it is the very basic , and you would be paying another full flight . A long international flight with one carry on included . So if a star could be dropped I would place it as such .
