Very good clinic. The doctor and the staff were very helpful and nice including after the appointment when I had follow up questions about my tests results.

I was really pleased with my visit . Everyone was super nice with broad smiles. The doctor made us feel very comfortable and I will absolutely recommend lægerne Danmark especially the waterfront doctors at Hellerup

They have a great and responsive team. Even though there were no available time slots for consultation, they managed to find one, allowing me to receive timely medical advice and the appropriate medications.

I got same day appointment , and when I went to the clinic I did not wait and appointment was on time. The doctor was very kind and did everything to understand my issue. After two days, he called me to explain the test results.

Quick appointment, mostly able to get same day appointment. Extremely helpful.
Quick tests like Strep A throat swab, CRP blood test (result in 2 min), Blood percentage blood test (result in 2 min) can be included into the price-tag of consultation rather than being charged in addition to the consultation as these are extremely basic ones and most frequently done in case of any common illnesses. This is a suggestion.

Only for those who do not have Denmark yellow card, one should tell the doctor behind counter to check in.

I recomend the clinic. I went with the baby for a check-up because he was coughing very hard, and a very kind and dedicated doctor took care of us. All my questions were answered and I left calmer home with my baby.

The front office provided good assistance on where/how to book. Booking confirmation was communicated well. The change in booking was well communicated by phone which I appreciated.

Obtaining my history well before the meeting gave me confidence of the doctor’s preparations. I appreciated the same day booking opportunity.
During in person consultation, the doctor indicated that he had a conversation with his supervisor, something that gave me additional confidence in patient care.
The doctor was prepared, investigative of the root problem, focused and did not go on detour, objective, and honest with his assessment.
He explained every process/requirement clearly including what has to be paid. I felt well served.

After months of being in pain, and having no results for what is causing it from the public healthcare system. Going to waterfront doctors was my best decision. The doctor listened to my issues, gave a possible explanation for what is the cause, and gave me the necessary referrals for the tests I need to do to eliminate other causes and check that there's not any serious issues.
