I’m really happy with the dress I ordered — it fit true to size and fell beautifully. I received many compliments while wearing it to a wedding. It’s a stylish and refreshing alternative to more mainstream brands. I also ordered earrings that matched the dress perfectly.
I returned two other items and the return process was smooth and hassle-free. I'm especially glad that they ship to Switzerland and allow returns from there — a big plus.

The dress I ordered for over £200 was made out of polyester only. I chose to return the item as too big and bad material quality for the price, it was returned start of June and I have still not received my refund. I have chased this up with them via email as I don’t speak Spanish to call them and no response. Don’t order from this company. #371902

I had a perfect experience. Now a days is really hard to find a place you can buy wedding dresses in a store, because everything is online. Not only because you can try them, but because lady pipa’s employes, help you til you find “the one”, they are super, nice and patience with you, and they give you all the options, colors, sizes and alternatives. Honestly now a days this is what you need. I came out from the store with not just the dress, with 2 dresses. Worth the experience. Thank you so much. They should be comissioned.

I am so pleased to have found Lady Pipa! The clothes I ordered were exactly what I wanted - lovely fabric and just a bit different from the clothes I keep seeing in shops. I returned a bag I had ordered as it wasn’t quite what I needed and I was a bit concerned about getting it back to Spain from UK - but the refund process was quick and easy. Am just about to place another order for a replacement bag and am really looking forward to seeing what I can buy next. Have recommended Lady Pipa to everyone!!

spend 300$ on this dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner and the zipper does not work, the dress ripped the first time i tried it on and now i have to scramble to last minute find something in 1 week. incredibly stressful and dissapointing

I had an issue with my return because the post made a mistake and the package was shipped back to my address. I was no longer in the return period. So I contacted the customer service and they were very helpful and immediately send me a return label.

I have never left a review before but this service is terrible!

The quality of the dress was low and was too big so I requested a return slip which they processed.

The dress took 6 days to arrive to the UK, I requested the return shortly after and posted it the next day. They are now saying I am not going to get refunded because from the day of purchase, the day they received the return is 15 days later. The return policy is clearly a scam because it takes over 15 days for postage to and from the UK. I will be taking it to the small claims court if they don't return my refund.

If they weren't going to process my refund. Why would they process my return?! I'm now without £180 and could have sold the brand new dress if I wasn't going to get a refund.....

I really loved everything about this process. The payment and website was great, the tracking went well and fast and the end product is beautiful!! The fabric of the two dresses is comfortable and good in quality. The colors are so pretty as well :) I would even say that the dresses are bigger bust approved, which can be difficult to find!

The Egeo dress saved me - I didn't have anything to wear to a wedding; I ordered on Tue and the dress was with me on Fri! It was the star of the wedding - after the wedding dress :)

I finally found my size, not corresponding to the website sizes but more similar to the size in Zara. Recommend some improvement in this area to offer a better customer experience.

The dresses are amazing !!! I searched a lot in other shops but the beauty and stile of Lady Pipa is not easy to find. Great job guys, please continue like this

Delivery all efficient and easy, but unfortunately the quality of the products was below par and sizes are way too small /are not suitable for hourglass shapes! The dresses definitely did not justify 190 euros each and one of the hems was already unravelling before it was taken out of the packet! very very disappointing as they look beautiful on the website
