Poor quality and overpiced
Ordered the Vittoria red dress and matching shawl. For around 250 euros, the quality was just awful, had the impression I ordered it off of Shein just ten times the price. There was also a strange smell to it.
Tried to return it and get reimbursed, but once the fifteen days are over (information quite hard to find by the way), returns are impossible. Tried to contact the team who couldn't care less.
All in all: would not recommend.

I ordered a lovely two piece Dress
I ordered a lovely two piece Dress. It arrived fast and was of good quality. Unfortunately the colour was not nice for me, so I had to send it back. The process of sending it back was very easy and I got my money back, I would say within days. Even I did not buy, I must say the whole process was absolutely smooth and professional and will definitely buy again. Can fully recommend this beautiful brand!

Gorgeous but too tight
The dress is gorgeous, and the fabric, even though it is completely synthetic, is very pleasant and does not feel cheap. However, the sizes are a little strange. I followed the size guide provided and the advice to buy the same sizes of brands like Zara and I went for an XS. The top fits well but on the hips it is EXTREMELY tight (and I do not have wide hips). Maybe there was some manufacturing error. I will return it and I cannot take a bigger size because it is sold out. Too bad. However, I would recommend the site and their dresses because they are beautiful, but with some caution for the sizes.

Price/quality out of proportion
Price/quality is really out of proportion.
For 115 euros I do expect better quality fabric.
My normal size is also always S, at the armpit it is really too tight/small + also the cut out at the chest is very narrow. I myself have small breasts and that was already risky because the cut out came very high.

Great products and easy return process
I ordered a few dresses from the website because I wanted to find the perfect dress for my best friend’s wedding. Even if the size that I chose for the first order was not the perfect one (I chose M-sized dresses, but the S was actually fitting better on me), the return process was very easy and smooth.
The only suggestion that I would make to LadyPipa is to try to include in the website more pictures of models wearing the dresses with larger breasts, to allow clients to make themselves a better idea of the fit of the dresses (because I find that all the models in the website have small breasts)
Overall, I was super super satisfied of the dress that I choose and I would for sure recommend LadyPipa

My experience has been wonderful both times I’ve ordered from Lady Pipa. The dresses have all come in perfect condition - nicely packaged and not only on time, but quickly.
If you want compliments at any occasion, order from here. Both times I’ve worn one of their dresses to a wedding, compliments all night asking where I got it.
The quality is good and sizing is accurate. I’m so excited to wear my third Lady Pipa dress in September at my rehearsal dinner.

Everything perfect
My purchase was an excellent experience. The dress initially fit large but then I placed a new order with the smaller size and it was perfect.I really like the color and find it very well fitting and original.

Quality very poor for price
Quality very poor for price. Clothing arrived with many issues, loose seams and pulls in the fabric. I was assured by customer service that the return amount would not be deducted from my refund but they deducted it any way.
