I would’ve made my rating a negative 5 if that were an option.
I bought 2 suit jackets that looked great in the picture but when I received it they looked like a Halloween costume. It was NOTHING like the picture!!!!!! Now I have to jump hoops & barrels to try to get my money back. I purposely bought from this website because it said hassle free returns. Well, that was a lie too!!!

Waste of time and money. Zero quality and total fraud.
I ordered 2 tops worth ₹1128, but instead they delivered a cheap eyebrow brush that costs hardly ₹20–₹30 and still took the full amount from me. Later, they delivered the actual tops and again made me pay ₹1128.
The tops were also extremely low quality and completely useless. I returned the products, but till now I haven’t received any refund. Overall, they owe me more than ₹2000, and there is no response from their side.
This is a very cheap and fraudulent website. Please don’t trust them or waste your hard-earned money here.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a scam! I received an item different than what I ordered. I was charged more than my invoiced amount. My transaction went through PayPal even though I did not authorize a PayPal purchase. Customer service would not exchange the item for the one that I ordered because they said it was out of stock. They did not bother to call or email me giving me the option to get my money back or have the other item sent. The item they sent was not only not the one I ordered, but it is a very poor quality. They would not issue me a refund. When I asked to return the item, they told me that the shipping cost to send it back to China would be more than what I paid for it. The website is clearly misrepresented, and this is some scammer person working out of their home buying from China and charging a high price. Do not buy from this company!

Clothes do not look like photos. Very poor and low quality, and you will have to fight to get them to respond and give you a refund.

First the quality is horrible. I ordered a college specific item for a football game. It is so cheap I was too embarrassed to wear it.

My bigger issue is this company is a total scam. Their website makes no mention that you can’t return items. When pressed they will say you can but then give you a random address in China. No instructions, no label. The cost of shipping is multiplies of the cheap items. Stay far away!!

I ordered an Arkansas Razorback shirt and it was terrible. I went to find out how to return it and the website was shutdown. No way to get my money back.

Goodness, my daughter warned me these were AI images, the quality is AWFUL. Screen printed and not at all like the images.

Do not buy! Shirt is a dye sublimated garbage dri fit. Nothing like advertised. Took months to arrive and now they won’t refund or even process a return. They say they will but they will not provide me with the return address despite dozens of requests. This is a total scam site

I ordered from the company and paid the extra shipping to have the items within so many days. The items didn’t arrive on time. It took way longer than what was paid for. Also. The pants I bought had no hole in the waist band to put the button through. When I emailed customer service they told me to “get a pair of scissors to cut a hole for the button to go through”. Also, they told me I’d have to pay for shipping to ship the back to China. Pretty sure the shipping address that sent me the items were from New York and California. SCAM. I spent over $200 at this store. Never again.

Horrible company. I ordered a shirt described as "Casual Tiger Sequin Puff Sleeve T-shirt." The picture was a cute purple t-shirt with a blingy looking tiger face. I paid for expedited shipping to make sure it got here in time for an LSU game I was attending. It arrived a week after the game (far later than the promised delivery date). But, I wouldn't have worn it anyway. There wasn't a single sequin on this shirt. It was a pixelated simulation of sequins printed on the shirt. The fabric was a weird shiny synthetic and every seam had visible large white stitches. It looked nothing like the photo and description on the website. I had forwarded the link to my daughter to show her what I was getting. If you click the link now, it's a broken link. Very shady. I have emailed twice asking for return instructions, which are not available on their website or included in the packaging and have gotten no response. I did not realize this company was in China, or I would have never ordered from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Complete scam. I sent two items back because they did not fit me, and over a month went by while I waited for my refund. They played games over my refund and then finally refunded less than HALF what I paid for the returned items. They are thieves and crooks. I do NOT recommend giving them a try. Stay away.

I ordered a cute OSU game day top that showed up on my Facebook page. I paid $12.99 extra for expedited shipping.
Haven’t received. No way to track.

I placed an order for a South Carolina shirt without checking reviews. I did reach out to the company to confirm order and see if order could be expedited or canceled. They were responsive. Order was slow (4-5 weeks) and did not get to me in time for my event. However the shirt did ultimately arrive and is super cute. Shirt fits true to size. I was expecting cotton based on the picture but material was mostly polyester, which is fine. Product does come from China. Glad I got and have the shirt despite the unsettling reviews/process.

I would give zero stars if I could. The picture on their website showed what looked like stitched logo of my team, but what I got was what appeared to be screen printed and poorly rendered at that! Do NOT order from them!

Update: I disputed the charge by mywesternoutfit.com and my credit card company resolved in my favor. This website is a scam. Merchandise is not as apoears or described. Don't buy! Zero stars should be an option. I ordered 3 items. One arrived 2 weeks after ordered (today). Dress is huge for S. Would fit nothing like the photo. I'd have to cut off half the image to shorten it then would still be huge elsewhere. Cheap thin thin see through polyester. I wrote them to return it. It has a CA return address on the label sent to me. I haven't paid my CC statement that the charge appears on. If I'm told to return to China I will be disputing this portion of my charge. It was sneaky the way the website came up and didn't show the business is in China. I was given an address in China to make a return. I replied asking for a US address and they replied I could receive a 20% credit without returning it.

I ordered for XXL dress but got Small. Quality cheap. Stitching not proper. Sent return message, mail sent, phone call made but no response. Product delivered very late and hopeless experience. How to return not able to understand.

I ordered four items from this site which has a lot of university team clothing, not realizing that it is based in China. It took three weeks for the order to arrive. One item was missing. The quality of the other three - a western style shirt, a sweatshirt and a pair of platform shoes, is beyond cheap. If I had seen these items in a store, I would never have purchased them. The western shirt appears to be embroidered in the picture, but the designs are printed on. It is made of a cheap synthetic material which is black on the outside and white on the inside, it is so lousy looking I will probably never wear it. Since I am not going to pay shipping to return these items back to China, I guess I and stuck with them. Buyer beware!
