Be sure you don't need to return before buying

Make sure you want the dress or anything from their website before ordering. You have to pay for the return (and the dresses are heavy so $$$$ to return) and they only give you store credit. The dresses are great quality but the two I ordered are made for a specific body type. I'm athletic and have a decent figure but these still bunched and looked so unflattering. I am super disappointed and not have a $225 credit to a website I'll never buy from again.

Does not offer full refunds. Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Does not offer a full refund even when item is not listed as described. Makes you pay for shipping returns too which is like $14 dollars.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Purchase the same dress from a different site.

UPDATE:
I’ve emailed the site and will update review to say whether or not they have resolved my issue. I also noticed they deleted my review of the dress with my issue on their website.

Do not purchase from Lady Black Tie...

Do not purchase from Lady Black Tie (especially online). Online, they only offer a store credit, you are required to pay to have the item shipped to you (US$14) and shipped back to the merchant (CA$10).

I unfortunately was not satisfied with the quality of the product. the packaging in which it arrived, the quality of the dress leads you to believe you purchased a dress for $10 on "Wish". The seams we’re not aligned, there were uneven stitching on the back of the dress causing “bumps”.

Awesome dresses! so happy with Lady Black Tie! The dresses are like you see! Fast delivery!
I had to exchange the size of the dress I ordered, so I email them because my event was close and I was nervous I wouldn't get it on time, customer service is excellent! They answered me fast back, very helpful, organized an early store credit for return, purchase to get other, and with the excellent work they do, I received it on time! Thank you so much!
Love Lady Black Tie, the dresses are so beautiful and the services awesome!
Definitely I would buy again!

Poor quality

Poor quality. Horrible tailoring. I purchased $369 dress and the dress that was delivered was not even tailored correctly. Horrible customer service and they do not return the money. Store credit for buying poor quality clothes again. Do not recommend them at all

You had sent us a photo of a 1/2 inch thread at the bottom hemline at your dress, which does not affect the wearability of your gown and can easily be cut off without affecting the integrity of the garment. Please do not buy the whole experience…

Please do not buy the whole experience was awful! I placed a order at night around 12:00 within a hour that verse same night I sent a email to please cancel .. the next morning I got a email early the next morning saying I'm sorry but your order is already being made my our Designers.. really? So the order was sent as soon as I got it I read their address and and rerun instruction .. so I sent the dress on its Way back to get a credit because they do nor offer exchanges or any sort. I was told I sent the dress to the wrong place I used the address on the site. Sorry I hate to run down business everyone needs to eat in life but ... Please don't buy terrible service. I'm all let $200 out ... no dress no credit ans no means to make this right for me.

Dress didn't ship in time

Dress didn't ship in time. We ordered 3 weeks ahead! Return policy is in store credit only and they would not cancel the order even though we asked before it even left there building! So disappointing!!

Not a good experience so far

My daughter ordered a dress 5 days ago. We paid $30 extra to have it shipped withing 3 days and still no dress. We checked the status online and it says it has not even been shipped. I have tried to contact customer service twice since yesterday by email and still no response. At this point we have no idea if she will have it in time for prom, which should have been no problem.

The dress is just breath taking!

The dress is just breath taking!! I have NO regrets of purchasing this dress. The material has a light stretch and is very comfortable to wear. The dress itself is flattering!! I have received many compliments about it. I am beyond happy to have made the decision to get this beautiful dress. The dress is exactly like the picture on their site. The material is gorgeous and the delivery didn't take long!
