An excellent trip
An excellent trip. I felt that it was well organised. Lots of different activities to do and experience which were great fun. Tuning, white water rafting, historical sites and of course shopping! Albania is such a beautiful country to begin to explore.

Bucket list experiences galore
I have been travelling with this group, now company, since it's inception, so this review is long overdue.
I have completed one national and just returned from my fourth international trip with Ladies Who Travel. I can honestly say it has changed my life! Being single for a long time it has been difficult to find others to travel with that have the same interest in adventurous travel. Being someone who is also not so confident it was important to me to find a group/company where I felt safe and supported enough to take the plunge and book. The booking process is easy via the company website. You can join waitlists to be advised when trips you are interested in are released, as many get booked up quickly. Booking is usually for the tour only and you book your own international flights. If you need any help or advice with this you will willingly receive it from the company or other ladies also on the same trip. You can plan to join the tour on day one or fly in a little earlier, or stay after and do some exploring either on your own or with any other ladies who choose to do the same.
The trips I have taken so far (there will definitely be more) have been well planned and organised to pack in and experience as much as possible each location has to offer. However you do also have autonomy to dip in and out of activities as you wish. I am very grateful to Ladies Who Travel for giving me the opportunity I have always craved, but been unable to carry out with family or friends, to experience sooo many bucket list experiences.

ANDALUSIAN YOGA AND HIKING RETREST…
I have just returned from the Andalusian yoga and hiking retreat and once again I was very happy with my trip. The ladies were all very friendly, fun and interesting. The host Montse was engaging, included everybody and with Fran's help at the Finca the retreat ran like clockwork. Clare the chef put on some splendid food spreads too.

1st Trip with LWT - (Thailand and Laos)
WOW ..... What an amazing trip this was.
I have travelled extensively often on my own, sometimes with small groups but this time I wanted to try something different, I had followed Ladies Who Travel for quite a while before I put my full trust in them and booked on the Thailand and Laos trip.
The whole trip was fantastic, I loved it all. The itinerary was perfect, driving Tuk Tuks through Northern Thailand was a fantastic highlight, waking up to breakfast with the Elephants was amazing, walking through the rivers with them was so delightful too.
The Itinerary didn't just stop there, there was waterfalls, lagoons, buggy's, temples, markets, food, and much more.
The holiday was great and I'd 100% recommend this to anyone and I cant wait to book my next holiday with LWT. I also felt that this was great value for money too.
But it was more than a holiday ...... it was being around a fantastic group of women, seeing everyone bond and share these experiences together was very warming.
I am very lucky to of experienced this trip and I am thankful of meeting such a great bunch of ladies.
Shareen - you have created something very special here and I am so glad I am now part of the LWT family 🥰

Adventures
I have been on 2 UK based trips which were well planned and set in extremely beautiful locations - Laugharne and Cornwall. However, the 2 oversea trips I have been on were another level!
Who would have thought in my mid sixties I would be having some of the biggest adventures of my life!
My first trip to Bali included scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, pirate boat and cycling. More importantly I was able to see the Komodo dragons, whale sharks, turtles etc.
My most recent trip was a real adventure in N Thailand and Laos. We drove tuk tuks, stayed on an elephant sanctuary - a dream come true to be so close to these beautiful creatures. We also hiked, went in a hot air balloon, sailed down the Mekong visiting villages along the way. Also thrown in was zip wires, beautiful lagoons, buggy rides and the most stunning temples. Our group of lovely ladies was so supportive, and many new friendships formed. What an itinerary - well done Shareen and Ladies Who Travel!

North Thailand & Laos
I've just returned from the most amazing trip to North Thailand and Laos, with Ladies who Travel. I met an amazing group of ladies, and together we shared laughs, challenges, a fabulous itinerary, and bucket list adventures. We rode tuk tuk's, visited stunning waterfalls, temples and villages, took a boat trip down the Mekong River, lived amongst elephants freely roaming around us, zip wired, abseiled, hiked to the highest point in Laos, danced the night away, took a ride in a hot air balloon, bamboo rafting, kayaking, and so much more! It was a truly wonderful experience, and I will be forever grateful that I was a part of it

Andalucia hiking and yoga retreat
I’ve just had the most wonderful experience at the hiking and yoga retreat in Andalusia. Location of hotel was spectacular- it’s located high in the mountains and views were breathtaking. Accommodation is simple yet comfortable and vegetarian food delicious. Yoga was good as were the hikes - mountain and valley walk with swimming. Ronda is beautiful. But most of all the women on trip were so warm and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. X

First experience of solo travel
This was billed as an adventure and lived up to, and beyond, that expectation.
Packed so much into the itinerary but without overload. Something for everyone whatever their preferences/abilities.
It was great to have everything organised (transfers, accommodation, activities etc) so could relax and enjoy the experience without the hassle.
Super group of ladies, great fun, lots of laughs.
Easy to book & pay. The holiday felt personal (not “corporate”)throughout which was great.
Thoroughly recommend

Bali and Indonesian Islands
Just returned from an amazing trip to Bali and Indonesian islands.
The full-on itinerary and past pictures of this trip looked great, and wow it exceeded all expectations! Best bit? Everything! The experiences, scenery, hotels, and so lovely to share experiences with wonderful likeminded ladies.
Would recommend LWT to anyone.
Thank you Shareen for making this possible, can’t wait for my next trip in November and future trips x

I visited to Bali
I visited to Bali, Gilly T, Lombok and Komodo with Ladies who Travel in May 2026. I would never have had the courage or inspiration to plan this trip around Indonesia on my own or take part in such a wide range of activities. Things like the Bali swing, white water rafting and sunrise jeep trip are excursions I would never have considered on my own but were real highlights. Equally Paddle boarding and riding round Gill T on a bicycle with a bunch of new friends was just as memorable. Shareen puts so much effort into arranging great trips and I can’t wait for the next adventure with her!

Indonesia just WOW
I’m just back from my 3rd trip with Ladies Who Travel island hoping in Indonesia visiting Bali, Gili T, Lombok and Flores (Komodo National Park). As ever this trip has the most fabulous itinerary from visiting the Bali swing, Volcano Sunrises, Water Temple cleansing, snorkling with turtles, stunning sunsets, sunrise paddle boarding & visiting the beautiful Komodo National Park including Padar Beach (pink beach) and seeing the ancient Komodo dragons. This trip was truly bucket list and I’m so grateful to LWT for what they allow me to do. As with all these trips you don’t know most of your travel buddies and not all will be your person/people but you will find them. If you are open minded and willing to buy into the ethos of what LWT is all about, then these trips are for you. One of the things I love on these tours is watching is how ladies grow in confidence and in life. If you like the sound of being part of a group which empowers ladies, builds a community of like minded ladies from all walks of life and fully inclusive, then please give this group a chance. You will not be disappointed!!!

Self Discovery And Making Memories
After going through a very traumatic eight years of my life, I lost so much confidence. Ladies Who Travel kept appearing on my Facebook. At first, I was anxious, worried, and scared. I never thought I’d have the confidence to do this on my own. But the itinerary for Bali was always on my bucket list. So one day, I took the plunge and booked it.
I just returned from an unforgettable trip with Ladies Who Travel, led by the amazing Shareen Geers, and it was so much more than a holiday. It was a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection. The experience brought together an inspiring group of women from different backgrounds and stages of life, all willing to step outside their comfort zones and embrace new adventures. What started as a group of strangers quickly became a circle of supportive friends, sharing tears and laughter.
I’ve witnessed families who live in poverty and pollution, without the material things that I have, and it’s made me very grateful. But despite this, they radiated a happiness I rarely see. And that, too, reminded me how beautiful this world is, and how much joy can be found in the simplest of moments.
I returned home with greater confidence, lasting friendships, and memories I will treasure forever. I returned from this journey to a peacefulness, to understand I am more at peace with my past and my life. But it’s also left me wanting more—how beautiful the world is, how amazing it is to simply sit in peace and watch the sunset, to see the waves rise and fall, sitting on water, surrounded by nature. You come home, and you look at life differently. Now I know there’s a whole world out there for me, full of possibilities. So, ladies, take a leap of faith—you don’t know where it will take you. I will be rebooking with Ladies Who Travel and will be recommending it to everyone.

I have been on quite a few trips now…
I have been on quite a few trips now with LWT (Bali, Croatia, Maldives, Hawaii, Madeira and several UK weekend breaks). I have thoroughly enjoyed every single trip and have made many friends. The group is very much focused on empowering women and enabling them to travel and explore new destinations in a safe, friendly environment. Shareen puts a lot of thought into planning the itineraries and accommodation. You can see how enjoyable they are by the happy, smiling faces in all the photos. Looking forward to my next trip to Costa Rica in December
