From the beginning she went over all of my creditors helping me the best way to fix my problem. Very thorough into the point to help me understand what was best for me to fix this credit problems, and high interest rates.. I think she did an outstanding job from beginning to end and even transferred over to the law firm to talk to me. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Rick Torres was very helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way, he was friendly, and made sure I understood the program, and guaranteed me he will be my liaison through the program, he was very concerned about me taking care of my other finances, and not to worry about the ones involved in the program, he made me feel less ke”I got this”

When I first started this process, I was completely overwhelmed and extremely tired of the vicious cycle I was in. After speaking with Rick Torres several times, he made the process so easy to understand and helped me figure out a way to get out of the exhausting cycle and be able to actually have a paycheck without it being gone immediately! One comes to find quickly that the debt industry is exhausting and full of snake oil salesman and rug pullers who just won’t leave you alone. Then there is Joti, a breath of fresh air in a smog filled business landscape. Joti never made me feel pressured. She worked around me and on my terms in regards to method of correspondence, time, etc. She was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable in a time I forgot what comfortable was. I can’t recommend Joti highly enough..
