3 months of waiting, just for a generic, useless denial
I applied for life insurance with this company and waited almost 3 MONTHS for a decision, only to get an extremely vague email saying my application was denied due to "medical records". No proper explanation, no transparency, and no respect for my time. Everything they wanted I provided quickly, and gave extremely personal information on the application.
They referenced data from ExamOne and my doctor, but refused to tell me specifically what led to the denial.
They wasted months of my time and left me with no real answer. Would not recommend them to anyone seeking transparency, or professionalism.
